I stayed at the guest house for about 5 days during February 2019. Though initially it seemed a little difficult to find, it was majorly just a one off GPS issue. Located in vicinity of the American Embassy (serves as a good landmark while guiding cab drivers), this guest house is actually a University Guest house and hence available at such an economical price. The hotel is just great. The team is very friendly and hospitable. Located near the us embassy and from the center. We met with the airport and saw off later. I recommend it to everyone.

Rooms are ok for its price of 90 man. Blankets towels were clean, there was no visible dirt on the toilet. Hosts were nice. Regarding views, they were awesome. They gave us breakfast(which could be better) near the viewpoint which we liked

we stayed here for three nights. the old couple overlooking the property were very kind. Since we were vegetarians, we had difficulty finding vegetarian food in Sheiki. The old couple allowed us to use their kitchen to make food with the ingredients we brought with us. Location cant be better. Overlooking lush green mountains and the city in the valley. Beautiful garden. Everything so clean and well maintained. Great place, very good repair, there is Wi-Fi, hot water, and heating. There is a small kitchen for cooking. Very clean rooms and floor heating in the bathroom. Pleasant and polite hostess, also have the opportunity to leave the car inside the yard. There is a washing machine and kettles in the kitchen. And the rooms have a TV and a small fridge.

The location was good and convenient. The owner was kind and helped me find a taxi to the airport on my way back. Apparently they're planning to renovate the hostel in the future. Although there was an incident where the lock wouldn't open inside the hostel, it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful walk in Old Baku right from this place. I went to visit a very famous ceramicist, it turned out to be very close (in one day of staying in the city I realized my most important plan and dream) The owner Jamal did everything he could and with an open heart. Even on the day of arrival he saved me from hunger and gave me delicious tea to drink.

Located in the center of Baku's Old City, it is a very convenient location, a 5-minute walk from Icheri Sheher Station, the last stop of the Red Line metro line, and within a 10-minute walk of tourist attractions in the Old City. The guesthouse is simply great. We found it comfortable, cosy, perfectly located, clean, all facilities available.. Even though the bathroom and kitchen are shared, they are clean, hot water runs all the time. The owner is a very hearty person who even took us for a walk around the old town, explain us architecture, history, traditions, took us for dinner... (he didn't expect us to pay for his time...

This is one of the MUST VISIT places around Baku. The place is huge with both indoor and outdoor seating areas as well as children playground. And most importantly the food is delicious. The prices are above average but it matches the service and the quality of the place.

Nice place, good food, but better to visit in the evening! We went for lunch and it was a bit hot in August In the afternoon the weather was great! Service is ok! Not great, but this is the case in most of the places we visited in Baku

The first impressions of the hotel were quite satisfying. Clean and wide rooms, vast playground and a restaurant. Breakfast is included. However there were some disadvantages in facilities. Beautiful nature. Everything what you need for eco turism. Waterfall, rivers, forest, bird singing, fresh and cool air. Food is good, rooms are clean and wide.

A very attractive mini-hotel with its own restaurant right on the seashore. The sound of the waves at night is very pleasant. The food is tasty and inexpensive.
