The hotel's internet connection was quite poor; for example, it was a struggle to access LinkedIn or ChatGPT. The facilities are outdated, the TV is small, and it doesn't have smart TV capabilities

Centrally located in Baku with excellent transport links, the hotel service was great, offering free printing which is super convenient for business trips

Compared to Mariott Boulevard and Pik Resort Shahdag, where the service is excellent, here the service is avarage. Yet, the location and the comfort is great. Especially the beds are very comfortable.

This is a beautiful and very well-located hotel. I stayed for my entire holiday in Baku and felt really relaxed most of the time. However, I didn't appreciate the reaction when my partner came to join my for a few days

In addition, I think that staff should speak to each other in English when dealing with an English-speaking guest. I would stay elsewhere in Baku in future

The location of the hotel was perfect! So many places you could walk to near the hotel Service was great and the room was great value for money.

The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very spacious and the desk was a bit small, but otherwise, everything was perfect

One of the best hotels in Baku. We stayed in a suite with a connecting room. Spacious living room and very convenient, especially in summer time where you will be sitting indoor mostly in the afternoon

This was my second stay at the hotel. After returning from Gabala, I chose to stay here again based on my previous positive experience, even though there are other good hotels in more prime locations

The air conditioning was not working, and after several complaints, a technician was finally sent. Room service was also not as good as during my first stay. Overall, this stay was disappointing

Best view of the light show! We were on the 18th floor, huge room from where we could see the whole city. the funicular is only 2 minutes walk and if takes you down to the sea-side walk

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the second time booking their two-bedroom suite. For me, it’s the best option in Baku. The suite is very spacious, tidy, and the bed is extremely comfortable

Good intent from the hotel. Well sized rooms. Welcoming staff. Need to work on the details - eg better soap, softer toilet roll, keeping iron in the room, faster service, more water bottles etc.

Hotel environment is a very good place, easy approach, neat and clean.

The bathroom is clean and roomy, and overall the suite feels open and well-organized. We faced a small issue with the water being too hot, but they immediately sent someone to fix it and it was resolved within minutes

JW Marriott Absheron Baku is a truly impressive place in the heart of Baku! The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Caspian Sea embankment. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable

The room has everything you need: a mini coffee machine, a tea station, a large minibar. The service is at the highest level. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help

Nature Walk: We enjoyed a peaceful nature walk in an open area where autumn had painted the ground with golden leaves

Landscape: The landscape around the lake and park was very well maintained — green, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It added a refreshing touch to the overall ambiance, making every view feel calm and scenic

We also want to recognize the gentleman in the black suit who took our order on the first night — though we didn’t catch his name, he was truly an amazing host: very well-informed, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced our dining experience

Every staff member we met was polite, welcoming, and eager to help — a true reflection of outstanding service. Room: Clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day

Clean and comfortable rooms, good WiFi, good breakfast. Very good spa with pool, gym, sauna and steam. 3 manat to old town, 10 manat to airport. 3 shopping malls in walking distance

The room is spacious and very clean. Soundproofing isn't the best, but overall it's quite good. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping

Excellent service, everything in the room is clean and pleasant, the security system is at a high level, there is no way to get to another floor with a room card, the staff is kind and helpful.

Hotel is located a stone throw from the airport Terminals. Hotel depending on traffic is around 25-30 mins taxi ride to the city centre and cost is approx 15-20 manat

Someone was waiting for me at the airport late at night for my pick-up. They also offered drop-off services at any time. There was even a separate walk-in closet

As it says in its name. It's is a Palace! Very luxurious and chic. Much more staff than Park Chalet and also less crowded with better services. Just to keep in mind that it is more expensive hence the better services

Great ski resort with ski and snowboard rental, spa, and very nice restaurants. Even has a Scalini's. You can nearly walk out of the ski shop and right onto the slopes. English is spoken very well here.

Here at Sheraton - no, they did not say or do anything. By the way, the rooms are old. In the photo you can see the door to the next room. Azerbaijan gets 5 points out of 5. And Sheraton gets 3 with a minus out of 5!

The hotel is not similar to the Soviet Intourist. Everything is new, stylish and comfortable. Beds - super!

I'm grateful for the organization and efficient work of the medical staff: the professionalism of the attending physician, the attentiveness and friendliness of the nurses, the young woman at the medical reception desk, thanks to whom there's practically no line, and many, many others

Everything is spotlessly clean, and as they say, "it's all in the details" – fresh flowers on the countertops in the restrooms. The restaurant staff gets 5 stars; everything is well-maintained and delicious

Here the staff really performs the function of transferring treatment services to guests - there is almost everything: naphthalan, dorsanvalization, ultrasound, wave therapy, laser and amplipulse, magnetotherapy here

I've stayed at the Chinar Hotel more than 10 times, and I've never had any desire to change for another one in Naftalan
