The hotel is excellent. In the best location. The service was good but when I asked for a late check out , they refused. I told them that I have a flight in the evening and that I am alone but they refused. Besides, they upgraded me to a-big room which was fabulous but it was next to the elevators. One of fantastic mountain view you may visit in September. I like the atmosphere there specially with light rain at early morning. Service was good. Four Seasons Hotel, nothing more to say, just stay there. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. We arrived early in the morning and they immediately arranged a room for us. The lobby even had bread, fruit, and drinks prepared for guests in the morning.

Medical wellness, hotel service, cleanliness, food and beverage were all good. From Baku to Gabala takes four hours. The road was terrible. Airport shuttle was good (except some facilities like table ) and the driver was very kind like all the other employees.
