This is my fourth time staying here. All the staff are kind and the atmosphere is comfortable. I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This hotel made my trip unforgettable! I loved how everything was arranged – from the cozy rooms to the relaxing spa. The sauna and traditional hamam were exactly what I needed to relax. The room in this hotel was surprisingly spacious, which was a positive aspect. However, the property is in a state of significant neglect, with evident needs for thorough cleaning, general tidying, and minor repairs throughout. With proper attention to maintenance, it could be considerably improved. Nevertheless, it proved acceptable for an overnight stay.

Was in this hotel last month, it was a business trip for 4 days. Personal gave me room on 5th floor, with balcony. Despite of hotel established on 2018 room was very fresh. Overall, the stay was good and the staff were helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the same items were served every day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. We requested a room change, and the morning staff confirmed that it would be arranged by the time we returned from our sightseeing. But when we came back, nothing had been prepared. This was very disappointing.

This hotel provides excellent sea view as well as views across the city - especially the Flame Towers. The building is a little tired and could use some refurbishment in some areas. The hotel is located in a quiet alley, with a very peaceful environment. The front desk staff were friendly, the rooms were quiet and clean, the hot water in the bathroom was excellent, and there was a small balcony that was full of sunshine. I stayed here for one night in late February 2025. The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was long and the food was good. Also, when I told them that my flight the next day was late at night, they said I could kill time in the lobby. I will use this hotel again when I visit Baku again.
