This is my fourth time staying here. All the staff are kind and the atmosphere is comfortable. I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone!

5-star hotel. The rooms are large, the hotel is clean. The hotel is a bit far from the center and you can't enter the men's and women's baths together, which is a disadvantage.

The stay was ok, not good, not bad. Just ok. The hotel stuff at the reception is so unfriendly doesn’t matter for check-in/checkout/ questions. I had an amazing stay here. The hotel is perfectly situated close to the metro, and the Baku boulevard is not that far I enjoyed my walks around. The staff were all super nice, clean rooms and loved the wide range of selection for breakfast. Highly recommend this Hotel when in Baku!

Convenient location, at the other part of what I consider a rather small city. It’s located about 3-5mins by foot to the metro station that brings you to most of the sites in Baku. For what it offers, it’s super value for your bucks.

Basic hotel in city center It is a basic hotel in the city. Staff is very helpful. If you are going to be out and about the whole day and only come to sleep, then it’s an affordable option.

Overall, the stay was good and the staff were helpful. However, the breakfast options were very limited and the same items were served every day. The Wi-Fi was also very slow. We requested a room change, and the morning staff confirmed that it would be arranged by the time we returned from our sightseeing. But when we came back, nothing had been prepared. This was very disappointing.

This hotel provides excellent sea view as well as views across the city - especially the Flame Towers. The building is a little tired and could use some refurbishment in some areas. The gym is well equipped and the pool is good. The staff are excellent, especially the receptionist, Nasrin, who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

It's not a bad place, even if it's a bit on the edge. VIP villa is 120 AZN. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance. I would give 5 stars, we ran out of cigarettes at night, there were no cigarettes. Maybe it was unfair to give him 1 star.

I stayed at the hotel in June 2024. I liked the hotel. They put me in a standard room. There were delicious breakfasts. I was very pleased with the pool and gym. I would like to say a big thank you to all the hotel staff for my comfortable vacation.

In principle, it's okay for the money, although some of the rooms are quite shabby. There's a factory nearby, and it often smells of sulfur. The location is more than modest. Be prepared for the sockets, European plugs fall out of them, and in the morning your phone may not be charged.

The room itself was fine and generally comfortable, but the washroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. We stayed here during our winter holiday with my family. The rooms are average and the style of the rooms are good and a bit old. We booked two rooms but one was bigger that the other even through they were same price. The cleaning is not really sufficient, when we first arrived the beds were not clean and there was a spot on the counters and the pillow. The breakfast is good, the cakes and sweets...

Saw the hotel on my way from the airport to my actual hotel and loved it at first glance. I'm glad I stopped to check because the receptionists were friendly, gave me a good deal for a 10-day stay, and upgraded me to a good suite for a minimal price difference. This is the second time we've been to this hotel, Rusel Park, it was a really lovely stay. The room was huge and very clean. Cleaned daily with fresh water and towels. The hotel has a beautiful location, close to Azerbaijani attractions and away from the hustle and bustle of Nizami Street. The staff are helpful, and the cleanliness is very good. The hotel manager is a kind and helpful man, and the security is excellent; you don't have to worry about your personal belongings. A good experience, and I will definitely stay again.

We had a very good experience staying at this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. The room is clean and big. The only thing is the Tv reception dont have english channel. But you can bring HDMI with you so you can connect your device. And they clean and replenish all the supply everyday. They have free wifi as well. The people are nice.
