If you need a place to sleep because you are stranded. It is Ok. I stayed because I needed a bed before moving to a proper apartment. There was no hot water for more than 10 days despite the promise to get it. Included in price was laundry, happened once and then stopped. The overall hostel is filthy. Despite they claim there is a person that cleans the rooms and toilets and the whole premises. There are better Hostels ( more expensive) but at least you get better quality for your money. The hostel is mainly occupied by Pakistani. With all due respect to this population but they don't have manners. So book here or sleep here if you are dedperate or seeking for cheap accomodation. Otherwise look further. I mean look other places, if you can afford.
If you want your own key to enter the place you must deposit 5 AZN that will returned to you. Once you leave.
My opinion is that this place could be a royal palace, only if people that are supervising or managing it would be attentive to details e.g toilets, shower, cleanliness, respectful to people while they sleep.(guests are ding ajat they want

Before I even arrived at the hotel our experience was good. We were given a transfer from the airport and early check-in complimentary. Once we arrived at the hotel early in the morning the staff had set up breakfast for us so we did not need to worry. The check-in process was simple and easy, all of the staff (Reception, housekeeping, concierge) were fantastic and happy to assist with any needs we had. They helped us get sim-cards to make exploring Baku easier, tell us of the local amenities and explain anything we needed to know. The reception staff in particular were always helped and happy to talk about whatever was on our mind. The room itself was great, very clean and spacious. The air conditioning worked quickly and perfectly to keep us cool in the summer Baku heat. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom ideal. This hotel is perfect for a stay in the city of Baku, the location is great for reaching any of the main attractions or visiting beach resorts. I can not recommend enough.

Recommend the hotel for the above-decent stay options, modern rooms with all major amenities is guaranteed. The breakfast buffet spread is very minimal and needs improvement. The hotel is located within 3-5 KMs from major attractions of Baku City. Ideal for families and groups.

Not me, but my fiancée stayed at the hotel. We would like to thank all our friends, especially Mr. Orkhan, for their interest and hospitality. They were very attentive to everything from the reservation until we left the hotel. Thank you very much.
