Very good location with few minutes walk to the Maiden Tower. The hotel reception helped us with very constructive suggestions. The breakfasts, while not very extensive, were quite tasty. And the staff memble at the hotel restaurant was very nice

In 2023 we stayed at this hotel for the first time, we really liked it. Then we were on Formula 1, both in terms of location and everything - an excellent choice. In 2024 we decided to make a family trip. The hotel administration is always in touch and ready to quickly resolve any issue. The hotel is very nice, excellent cleaning, excellent staff attitude. Breakfast is small but very good, with a personal touch. Thanks to the whole team for a pleasant stay!

Seven Rooms Boutique is located in great location. The best place to explore old town Baku. The hotel is very clean, staffs are amazing, ready to help you with anything. Definitely recommend! Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will absolutely come back again!

Location couldn't be better, right in the centre of Baku's Old Town. On top this accommodation is almost perfect, definitely one of the best small hotels I ever stayed in anywhere. Where do you find a place with 7 rooms, that has a 24/7 reception? Staff (Emil, Ilya and Shahin) are very friendly and helpful, all speaking well English. The room has a good size with plenty of storage space. There is a high ceiling and parquet flooring, a long desk, tea and coffeemaking facilities and every day a new big water bottle was brought. The bed is comfortable. Also there is plenty of storage space in the not too small bathroom with a good shower and a marble floor. I stayed in the third floor, which can be accessed by elevator. Breakfast is served between 9 and 11am in the 4th, the top floor, reached by a staircase. It is a cosy small place with just three round tables. Outside is a big terrace with great views. Natalya takes care of the guests, preparing a fine coffee and eggs any style. She also looks after the rooms, which are cleaned perfectly every day.

Liked · Nice little hotel (hence the name), in the old part of Baku. The room was very nice, the bed and bathroom were amazing actually. Breakfast was pretty boring. Staff was accommodating and hung onto our luggage until our night bus left.

We had a fantastic stay at the Seven Rooms Boutique hotel. From booking the contact with the hotel was fantastic, they helped organise transfers, assistance with currency exchange, restaurant recommendations and bookings. Our room (305) was spacious, clean, comfortable, light, large bathroom. It had a fridge, basic tea and coffee making, fresh towels, robes and slippers. The only thing I would say is the even number rooms had a balcony, which we did not but I’m not clear how to book. We honestly couldn’t have asked for any more in our 4 night stay for the F1. Highly recommend the stay. Lobby was staffed 24/7, felt extremely safe. Breakfast on the rooftop was basic but suitable with fresh eggs cooked to order each morning. The location was perfect, with all the best restaurants are within the old town walls. It was about a 15 min walk to our F1 stand and was so close to everything we needed to get to. Comparatively the chain hotels were either fully booked or excessively priced during the F1 and we were so happy with our choice.
