Centrally located in Baku with excellent transport links, the hotel service was great, offering free printing which is super convenient for business trips

The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very spacious and the desk was a bit small, but otherwise, everything was perfect

This is a beautiful and very well-located hotel. I stayed for my entire holiday in Baku and felt really relaxed most of the time. However, I didn't appreciate the reaction when my partner came to join my for a few days

In addition, I think that staff should speak to each other in English when dealing with an English-speaking guest. I would stay elsewhere in Baku in future

The location of the hotel was perfect! So many places you could walk to near the hotel Service was great and the room was great value for money.

The hotel is perfectly located near Nizami Street,10 minutes walk. making it easy to explore the city. The staff are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help

The location is convenient for walking to shopping areas and restaurants, as well as easy access to the City Centre Mall and famous Nizami Street. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Baku

Amazing hotel ! Service/ clean/ room/food was very good. I just was disappointed because the spa closed for all month of December 2025. The price from trip was the cheapest from all sites! I am recommending ❤️

This was my second stay at the hotel. After returning from Gabala, I chose to stay here again based on my previous positive experience, even though there are other good hotels in more prime locations

The air conditioning was not working, and after several complaints, a technician was finally sent. Room service was also not as good as during my first stay. Overall, this stay was disappointing

Some facilities did not work properly, the curtains could not be operated by remote as it was broken. The bathroom was ok, but not as good as the previous room

However, this time my experience was disappointing. Although I booked the same room category at the same price, the room was much smaller than before

JW Marriott Absheron Baku is a truly impressive place in the heart of Baku! The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Caspian Sea embankment. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable

The hotel has a spa center and a fitness room with a sea view, but we did not have time to use them. Overall, this is a real five-star hotel that meets all international standards

Super Hotel with the Coolest Location! Incredible Bed and Linen! Cool Breakfast! But the Choice is of Course Poorer than in Thailand and Bali! And Very Uncomfortable and Cheap Slippers!!! And Everything Else is Super in the Hotel!!!!

From service to facilities, everything was perfect! I even heard someone say something heartwarming while having breakfast: "Enjoy your meal, feel right at home. " So many touching moments! A happy and satisfying stay!

Four shopping centers, local attractions, and a pedestrian tourist street are within walking distance. It's a great alternative to the nearby Hilton

The choice was based on price, quality, and location. It's located on the waterfront near the Caspian Sea. The views from the window are stunning

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to explore the city on foot with ease

Staffs who attended to us during our stay, Alexandra, Gulshan and Hosein were efficient and friendly, providing assistance and information when we needed and allowing us to keep our luggage at the hotel while we explored other parts of Azerbaijan before returning back to the hotel

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Everything else is at most 3-star quality (and the cleanliness doesn't even meet that standard). I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good location. Between old town and sea.

Staff are generally helpful and polite. Even though they may struggle with our English, every effort is made to assist. This is especially so with most of the reception and breakfast service staff

Shower stall doors were old and water leaks onto the bathroom floor when you shower, making it a hazard if you're not careful. Breakfast spread was ok, offering both hot and cold dishes

Fresh vegetables and fruits were available too. The coffee and tea need big improvements though. My biggest gripe was the refusal by tge hitel to move me to a room without the stench

I reach the hotel at 11 am and the one in the reception told me to wait to 2 pm so my room will be ready, when I come they give me twin beds room I call them that I ask for double beds room, they said they will send someone to fix the beds, i wait for 45 min no one come I went to the lobby and ask them to make it fast they come to the room and the AC still not cooling the room they said wait we will...

I was told they were fully booked on the day of my arrival but I got an earlier check in. I really appreciated it. The room is quite dirty and black hair was absolutely everywhere. The smell of cigarettes was disgusting

the room was good and clean, the breakfast was good too the location not that much good but they are so slow in everything you ask it take time, if the hotel were busy I will understand but the problem is it's not

Great stay, excellent service and location.

I arrived during F1, so prices skyrocketed; compared to regular prices, they were quite reasonable! Because of the race, roads were closed everywhere, so the area was a bit confusing, even for locals

The room was a bit small, but the hotel's location was fantastic, and overall I was very satisfied with my stay! The Old Town was just a 5-minute walk away, and I loved its atmosphere

It was very comfortable to sit at a roadside restaurant and have a coffee or a drink. There were also many street performers near the Maid of the Tower

The location of the hotel is divine - right in the Old City. Even if the hotel had some shortcomings, the location factor would completely cover them

A small minus was not always a large selection of dishes for breakfast - but again, this is not a huge disadvantage. We were absolutely delighted with our stay!

Great location, the staff tries hard. Not bad breakfasts, you won't go hungry. Cons: not comfortable mattress, old rooms, 3-star cleaning, no sockets by the bed, but all this is compensated by the great location)

The included breakfast had a LOT of options, including gluten free for my mom. The reason I'm only giving it 4 stars in that there was mildew in the bathroom and my parents room wasn't cleaned when we arrived at 11pm

The hotel was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows the perfect thickness (I can't stand the over stuffed pillows that make your head lay at a 90 degree angle)

They got an upgrade to a suite. but then they only had one towel in the bathroom

Both the hotel and our room were lovely, clean, and bright. It looks just like the pictures. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was excellent with great water pressure
