Centrally located in Baku with excellent transport links, the hotel service was great, offering free printing which is super convenient for business trips. The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very spacious and the desk was a bit small, but otherwise, everything was perfect.

Compared to Mariott Boulevard and Pik Resort Shahdag, where the service is excellent, here the service is avarage. Yet, the location and the comfort is great. Especially the beds are very comfortable.

This is a beautiful and very well-located hotel. I stayed for my entire holiday in Baku and felt really relaxed most of the time. However, I didn't appreciate the reaction when my partner came to join my for a few days. In addition, I think that staff should speak to each other in English when dealing with an English-speaking guest. I would stay elsewhere in Baku in future.

The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The front desk service was exceptionally good. When I arrived, I realized I had left something in my Bolt ride. After I explained the situation to the front desk, they helped me contact the driver to arrange its return, which was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated! Amazing hotel ! Service/ clean/ room/food was very good. I just was disappointed because the spa closed for all month of December 2025. The price from trip was the cheapest from all sites! I am recommending ❤️

The hotel is excellent. In the best location. The service was good but when I asked for a late check out , they refused. I told them that I have a flight in the evening and that I am alone but they refused. Besides, they upgraded me to a-big room which was fabulous but it was next to the elevators. The shower head in the bathroom is detached / has been removed. The layout of the toilet and bathroom is unusual, and the toilet’s frosted glass door does not have a locking mechanism. The door is always slightly open, which causes privacy issues. There is no mini refrigerator in the room. The furniture is in poor condition.

Best view of the light show! We were on the 18th floor, huge room from where we could see the whole city. Great breakfast buffet. Location is good too. the funicular is only 2 minutes walk and if takes you down to the sea-side walk.. Close to most of the monuments but slightly away from the rush of Nizami street. The hotel's main advantage is its location, sea views, and all the sights within walking distance. We only had breakfast once, as there are many decent cafes nearby. There are also shopping centers nearby for those who enjoy shopping.

The choice was based on price, quality, and location. It's located on the waterfront near the Caspian Sea. The views from the window are stunning. Four shopping centers, local attractions, and a pedestrian tourist street are within walking distance. It's a great alternative to the nearby Hilton.

The room is spacious and very clean. Soundproofing isn't the best, but overall it's quite good. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping. During peak hours, the roads get congested, so transportation can be a bit inconvenient.

The restaurant staff is fantastic. They even interacted with us by saying our own language. The room is good. The shower pressure in bathroom is very strong. This is a hotel which we loved.

Everything was great. Someone was waiting for me at the airport late at night for my pick-up. They also offered drop-off services at any time. There was even a separate walk-in closet. The only minor issue was that the hot water took a little while to heat up when showering.

Four Seasons Hotel, nothing more to say, just stay there. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. We arrived early in the morning and they immediately arranged a room for us. The lobby even had bread, fruit, and drinks prepared for guests in the morning.

There was no recognition for my Life Gold elite status. The room itself had broken lock and faulty window that could not be properly close. It took ages for the hotel to make a decision to move me to a proper room. During the room exchange (22:15 night time when i was tired) my jacket fell and luckily it was brought to Lost and Found and i got it the next day after i insisted i lost it during the evening...

Convenient location, at the other part of what I consider a rather small city. It’s located about 3-5mins by foot to the metro station that brings you to most of the sites in Baku. For what it offers, it’s super value for your bucks.
