I reach the hotel at 11 am and the one in the reception told me to wait to 2 pm so my room will be ready, when I come they give me twin beds room I call them that I ask for double beds room, they said they will send someone to fix the beds, i wait for 45 min no one come I went to the lobby and ask them to make it fast they come to the room and the AC still not cooling the room they said wait we will sent some one, he come twice checking and leave, I want down and talk to the manger he said we'll upgrade your room because of that issue, at 5pm that's the only time I can sleep after 36 hours of traveling.
the room was good and clean, the breakfast was good too the location not that much good but they are so slow in everything you ask it take time, if the hotel were busy I will understand but the problem is it's not. I will not get booking there ever.

I was told they were fully booked on the day of my arrival but I got an earlier check in. I really appreciated it. The room is quite dirty and black hair was absolutely everywhere. The smell of cigarettes was disgusting
