Isloch Sanatorium in Minsk

We stayed at this resort from December 28th to January 4th, 2025. Our room was cleaned only once during our entire stay! The trash wasn't taken out! We felt like we were in a homeless shelter. We had a two-room suite. The rooms were cold, and the radiators were like fresh milk. The staff was unfriendly. For our money, they treated us like a favor. The only positive comments we could give were the aqua aerobics instructor, the girls at reception, and the people in the magnetic therapy room. The pool was a complete joke! It was knee-deep, and it was definitely impossible to swim. The food was average. We paid 11,625 Russian rubles per person for the New Year's banquet! The invited performers included circus performers and a folk ensemble. The banquet ended with fireworks. Irina, the resort's cultural organizer, is a person of many moods. She can easily be rude. We will definitely not return here again. And we would not recommend this resort to anyone.

So! There were no sanatoriums in this (Isloch) before!!! We should have gone to the ones we checked: Radon, Sputnik, Priozerny, Yunost, Sosny, Chabarok... but I really wanted to be close to the festive New Year's Minsk (29 km) and now, being here for the third day, I am leaving a review, because it was very boiling!!! Room service out of 5 points - 0..... Today I had to wash the floors myself with three wet wipes, the dust lay in balls, with my bronchi it was just like asthma would open up,
further, no one is going to take out the trash basket, it’s already evening... in three days it’s full! I don’t know - where to put it? Maybe tie it up and put it under the administration door???
Furniture and renovation are dead! The bed creaks like snow in 40 degree frost! The width of the two-bed - you can only lie on your side - both of you. Mattress and pillows I didn’t even think such things existed, terrible!!!!
Well, to be objective, I’ll tell you about the advantages: the food is delicious, there is always an evening program, there are many excursions, the medical facilities are good.
I understand that it’s about to crumble - but what else do you need??? I want coziness, comfort, care and attention. And not to violate sanitary standards for cleaning and removing garbage!!!
