- Well, breakfast time is awful as much as price is tripled Belarusian breakfast price for a half-breakfast. Reception threats you as a well-known scumbag. Hot water is sometimes available. And there's a night club 10 meters away, which can give you drum and bass up to 5 am. So, if the alternative is sleeping under the bridge, take this hotel. Otherwise, homeless people and sleeping bag give too much advantage to this so called "hotel".
