Hotel was clean, rooms spotless, staff were helpful and friendly, answering any travel and hotel questions we had. The included breakfast was delicious and generous with a wide selection. Couldn’t believe it’s only a 3 star hotel, felt like a 4 and a half. Would book again. Thanku for making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is in a great location. The lobby and room were great, but the staff were not very friendly. Spa was so so.

The hotel wasn't good. We didn't get the room we paid for, and we were laughed at. The cigarette butts weren't thrown away, as we don't smoke ourselves, so that's unpleasant.

The location is perfect. Close to the sea, with a tram every 10 minutes. The breakfast room is waaaaay too crowded, but breakfast is fine.

Great location, amenities and staff but watch out: parking is very limited. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered the hotel parking was full. We undertsand it is bookable in advance, which we were not aware of prior to arriving on site. It took us an hour to find parking on a busy Sunday.

I spent one night on a business trip in winter, no fancy period. But the hotel is good; it is very well-located and cosy. There are only two drawbacks. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is public parking around, though expensive, and the pillows are too thick and too hard. Other than that it's a nice hotel and the staff is nice.

The hotel is very well located and offers a well-prepared and extensive breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities. It was a shame that the bathtub couldn't drain because the button was missing. I reported this, but it still wasn't provided the next day.

What a find! We absolutely loved our stay. Rooms perfectly sized, all the amenities and the hotel has such a cool vibe throughout. They have thought about every corner with their decor. The room is located in the city center, very close to the beach, conveniently located near the subway and high-speed rail stations, and there are restaurants and bars on the next street. The private room is small but relatively clean. The people there are very relaxed and comfortable, which I envy.

They obviously don’t enforce the ‘no smoking’ in rooms policy. Our room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke when we arrived. It took hours of airing out the room with the windows wide open to get rid of it. Not ideal for a family stay…

Stayed in many hotels in Oostende whilst working over there. This is by far the best I’ve stayed in so far. Family ran hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I have a work colleague who has dietary requirements which they met every day with his pack-up lunch for work. Rooms cleaned to a very high standard every day. Couldn’t possibly be in a better location. Highly recommended.
