Registering on arrival was not helpful because we were told that, although we were early (which we knew) the rooms would be available at 11.30am On our return we were told through the intercom system that it would be 12.30 Eventually we returned after 3.00pm and then were able to register. Located in the heart of Oostende, this hotel is a has quite a bit of charm of the old days (art-deco dining room and many original details in the public spaces). Fantastic family break. We stayed in the apartment which was fantastic for myself and 2 children. Really spacious and well equipped apartment with a lovely balcony. Stayed in many hotels in Oostende whilst working over there. This is by far the best I’ve stayed in so far. Family ran hotel where nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. I have a work colleague who has dietary requirements which they met every day with his pack-up lunch for work. Rooms cleaned to a very high standard every day. Couldn’t possibly be in a better location. Highly recommended.

This hotel was great, the person that welcomes you is very attentive, the room was cozy, clean sheets, towels, it has a restaurant service 24/7 and is close to the beach.

Convent location. Faces a town square with good restaurants and a band stand. Paid parking lot one block away. Room small and no coffee or breakfast a viable.9

Rooms were clean and simple, what to expect from a 3 star hotel. Lift is scary, but you get used to it, just dont move ;D Breakfast is small but decent quality, eggs and bacon were good

Good place for 1 or 2 nights. Very small entrance and elevator. Beds are really bad, to soft for my taste.

We didn't stay here but I can imagine that if there rooms are of the same high quality as the bar area and service then you will not have a problem. We had a few beers here in the evenings and the service was of a high quality.

Refurbished hotel belonging to the same family as the excellent adjoining bar, Cafe Bottelje, Comfortable rooms named after Belgian breweries, good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, restaurant serves evening meals. Close to the main shopping area and beach, short walk from the harbour, railway and tram stations.

Three star hotel in side road near to the seafront with covered parking nearby. Spacious and well appointed room. Good breakfast included in attractive room. Historic pub attached with wide range of Belgian beers. Light meals available. Good experience.

Good location, serviceable hotel, no frills with a great bar attached downstairs. We ate dinner in the bar one night and it was good. Breakfast ok. Our double room was two single beds pushed together. Bathroom was nice with a powerful shower.

Great location in the city centre. Easy walk to for sightseeing round Ostend by foot and very close to the tram for a rice to other towns on the coast. Hotel room was modern & well done. No problems with slow wifi and our room was very spacious.

Basic and clean Great breakfast

Great little hotel with a brilliant town centre location. The hotel was clean and comfortable - with the only odd thing that you could not turn down the heating in the rooms. In the bedroom area you could at least open a window but the bathroom was like a sauna the second you stepped foot into it. Breakfast was lovely. A good selection of food, including a couple of hot dishes (egg and bacon).

Hotel very central! The room we stayed in was off the main street. Very clean, staff accomodating when I asked for extra bedding, milk etc. The bathroom was very compact, but good shower with hot water. Good breakfast, continental, adequate choice. Would definitely stay again.

Well located hotel in Bredene, nearby the beach and close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Very friendly and polite staff. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The room was a bit small (but that was not a problem at all), and the bathroom size was ok. The room was clean and tidy.
