I won't be going back. Not even a finger bowl for the mussels, but the Affligem non-alcoholic beer was excellent.

The hotel is exceptionally well located in the center of Ostend, a stone's throw from the train station and on the main shopping street. The welcome was very professional. I had requested extra pillows, and they were readily available. The room was rather small but very comfortable. The housekeeping service was extremely efficient. A mini-fridge and safe were provided. A bottle of water and a coffee machine (restocked daily) were also available. SUDE brand toiletries were provided. The heating was in perfect working order. In short, nothing to complain about. Check-in and check-out were very quick.

The hotel is well located, but... despite an upgrade, the room was only big enough for two people.

The bedding is very good, but the hotel is noisy and poorly soundproofed.
When we returned in the evening, there was a sewer smell in the room :(

Great place to stay for a quick stop

A spotlessly clean and comfortable room, with a safe, fridge, coffee maker and good size TV with international channels. Special mention to the lady on reception who gladly checked us in even though we were early - she was friendly, accommodating and a credit to the hotel. Very handy for the station (main reason we initially booked). Only slight downside is that there's not a lot going on nearby after about 9pm, but that's no fault of the hotel and I would be happy to stay here again.

Very central hotel at the end of the main shopping street overlooking the marina. Everything in my room was spotlessly clean. The single room was small but fine. Nice view of the Harbour from my room 85 and a bit of noise from the road. My only complaint is that the single bed is a mattress inside a wooden frame and it was painful to get out over the frame as it was higher than the mattress. I believe the mattress should be higher. My legs are bruised after a few nights there. The breakfast was plentiful. Just missing Prosecco which some other hotels in Ostend offer on their buffet.

Neat and comfortable and brilliantly situated for staters. Rooms are cosy and clean. We had breakfast every morning - a varied hot and cold selection to choose from. Very good coffee. Set us up for the day. But it was the staff that made the stay that more pleasant. A special thank you to Ellen, receptionist extraordinaire, a warm and smiley presence at hand to help and always overseeing. We recommend this hotel full heartily.

Had the pleasure of a two night stay and arrived late was worried needn’t have the professional on the desk soon booked me in . The room was small but beautifully decorated and spotless the facilities air con shower fridge etc were very good I couldn’t work the tea maker but probably my fault being a Luddite from Bolton. All in all a great stay would I stay again definitely but would book direct with the hotel to ensure I got the breakfast.
