Do not trust this hotel’s parking advice. We were told by staff where to park, and the next morning our car was towed. It cost us €375 to get it back. When we asked for help, they took no responsibility.

After checking the reviews, we saw that this has happened to plenty of other guests. They clearly know it’s a problem but still keep sending people there without warning.

Super disappointing experience. It ruined part of our trip. Be careful.

They obviously don’t enforce the ‘no smoking’ in rooms policy. Our room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke when we arrived. It took hours of airing out the room with the windows wide open to get rid of it. Not ideal for a family stay…

Don't recommend..ended up paying double compared to what we normally pay in ostend..
€40 for dogs,€25 for overnight parking..room down a maze of corridors..booked for return trip but will be cancelling definitely 😞

Small room but very cozy, for one or a couple of nights, ok. Furniture is cleverly used space wise.

Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service.

Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble.

Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.

Wow what can I say this hotel needs to be missed off any list. The rooms are dirty the sound of banging all night . We ask for milk and extra coffee and ended up buying our own from the spar . They lady in reception was rude until she realised we where staying an extra night .

DO NOT BOOK! The owner is extremely rude, accommodating and inflexible. It might be the cheapest in town but honestly so worth spending a bit more and not having this nightmare of an experience with this place. Owner refused to take us in due to a delay in checking in, it was the middle of the night in a ghost town. On top, he was having a go at me on the phone saying how rude and impolite i am for disturbing him.
