Enjoy a pleasant stay at this luxurious hotel near the city center. A hearty breakfast buffet and clean rooms. Free parking in front of the door and a free enclosed bike shed. Highly recommended!

Nice room, good bed, excellent breakfast, very good location +-500 meters from the center. We regret that the website of BAR DEL MUNDO, the hotel restaurant, lists fish and chips, but it is not on the menu.

Great hotel. We stayed 2 nights on one of the Studios which are located outside opposite of the reception. Very quite,very private. It felt like you live in your own apartment. Noone disturbed us. You don't need to pass from the reception at all to go to your room. There is a very safe covered parking under the establishment on -1. Lots of space. The room was clean and big,everything you need was there. They also welcome us with any drink of our choice which we had the next day. Very chill people and very polite. The town is 3 mins away literally the center. Everything you need is there.
Highly recommend you to stay on one of the studios if you can. 100% worth it. We will visit again of course

I was in business in the town. The hotel is well located for this. Everyone in the hotel has been very helpful. My room is comfortable, spacious and quiet. Everything is clean. The food is very nice. The hotel is very good value. I will stay here again if I am in the town

Nice hotel, but stay away from their pizza in the restaurant. It’s a cheap industrial made frozen pizza they just heat up. The bread tastes and looks like a piece of cardboard with tasteless cheese on top..

We’ve just had a top class stay having not been for over 4 years! Perfect location for cycling and discovering the stunning area, super comfy rooms with the studios offering great facilities for self catering options, especially as we always needed extra snacks after the rides! The staff couldn’t do enough to help with advice, especially a local beer warehouse! Great discovery. Can’t wait to return and discover more. Thanks all.

I stayed in Oudenaarde for a few days while visiting clients. It's a very quiet and peaceful little city, and Leopold is considered a mid-to-high-end hotel in the area. It's not very big, but it made for a very warm and comfortable stay. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Since I was staying for several days, the hotel suggested that I only have the towels cleaned and changed, and if I didn't want the sheets changed, they would give me a €5 voucher, which could be redeemed for drinks at the bar downstairs. The lady in charge of breakfast was always busy but very accommodating. When I asked if they had warm milk, she heated it up for me without hesitation. During my stay, different cycling teams came by every day for activities. Even though the men were older, they were all in great shape and full of energy. There's a small river outside the hotel, and it was nice to jog along the riverbank in the morning, enjoying the warm sunshine and fresh air – a truly peaceful experience.

The hotel room is rarely clean. The staff cuts corners. If you stay for a week, they will not dust or vacuum your room. The food is not fresh. It is bought from a local grocery store and warmed up. The housekeeping is rude! They enter the room without knocking starting at 9am. They ignore the do not disturb sign. They do not apologize and repeat the same rude behavior over and over. I do not recommend this hotel! I will never stay there again.
