This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The area of the apartment was spacious, the style of the room felt very Flemish. It was a very beautiful and very welcoming place to stay in one of my favourite cities in the world.

Very comfortable apartment. Well equipped and cozy. Situated in the oldest part of the city. The host showed us the cellar which was built in the 14th century.

The Sint Donaas apartment is large and spacious. It is equipped with all comforts and is located just a short walk from the center of Bruges. The welcome was very welcome.

Welcome drinks with Tom and his father upon arrival with other guests including a brief history of the building. Fully equipped, secure loft apartment for us 6 ladies for the weekend exploring Bruges and within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc.

We stayed at De Drie Koningen as a group of mature friends for 6 days, and everything was wonderful — from the comfortable bedrooms with private showers to the beautiful living room where we could gather around the large dining table. The cozy, fully equipped kitchen and the lovely balcony made our mornings especially enjoyable. And the pool and lawn in the yard were a real bonus — we only wish we had brought our swimsuits! We also enjoyed the bar stocked with a wide variety of Belgian beers — a real treat!
A special thanks to our host, Tom, for all his help — from recommending a fantastic top-notch restaurant for my birthday to sharing great tips for boat tours and day trips, pointing us to the best place to buy chocolate, and even arranging a taxi to the airport. His support and kindness made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, Carmers. Very spacious, kitchen/dining area and a living room. Tom was around when we arrived and helped with bags. The laundry was great, and they have an honor bar with beer and wine. Short walk to a small grocery, and minutes to the main square, but area very quiet in the evening. Agree with comments to use taxi with bags. The free shuttle drops off nearby but still a lot of cobbles. If mobility issues, make sure to ask for the ground floor. A real hidden gem

We stayed for 4 nights in the St Jan apartment. Location is excellent - just a short walk to the main square, but on a quiet street so no noise at night. The apartment is really spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Lovely peaceful garden too with a small, heated pool. Tom is a great host. We'd really recommend a break in Bruges at De Drie Koningen - perfect city break!

Outstanding apartment. We had the top floor one bedroom, that was huge. It also included a rooftop area that was beautiful to sit in at night. The apartment had a full kitchen, that included some very useful pantry items. Big dining table, large lounge area, and large bedroom and bathroom. Could not fault the care that had been taken by the owners. We also used the pool, which was well maintained, and the convenient free laundry. Best bit was how easy it was to get from the apartments to the main areas in Bruges. Walking distance to everything (although it is a bit of a hike to the main train station, but you could get the free bus) and we used the recommended taxi service, which was very prompt. Our stay was perfect. One note though - if you have big suitcases the stairs are steep! Would absolutely stay here again.

The St-Jacob apartment was perfect for our family of 7. It was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and relax after days spent sightseeing. The location was perfect and our hosts were gracious and welcoming. This was one of our favorite places to stay as a family on our travels. Highly recommend!

We stayed in St Jan for 6 nights. It is a beautifully appointed apartment, very spacious with all the kitchen mod cons. The apartment is very well situated, just a 3 min walk from the main market place and walking distance from the main attractions in Bruges and has plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the nearby areas. Highly recommended.
