I checked into your hotel today, but to my surprise, it turns out that the room is not cleaned daily. Additionally, you only receive towels for one day, and if you want clean towels daily, you have to pay extra for them. I find this very strange and disappointing, especially since this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. If I had been aware of this, I would probably have chosen a different accommodation.
Furthermore, I would also like to mention that the ventilation in the room made an extreme amount of noise — it sounded like a helicopter was trying to land. Eventually, we were forced to go outside due to the persistent noise.
Additionally, the microwave barely worked; many of the functions were not functioning, severely limiting its use.
I would therefore like to file a complaint regarding both the lack of clear information and the inadequate facilities in the room. I would like to hear how you can resolve or compensate for this.

Hotel is very close to bus stop Ambiorix. Bus 63 takes you to Gare Centrale. Staff at reception was nice and helpful. However, there is no staff during the weekend, so we couldn't store our luggage when we checked-out on a Sunday and had to go to Gare Centrale to do so. Apartement was spacious and perfect for us, however very dated. AC on max setting did nothing. Nights were stuffy and very warm, even though it was below 20 C and raining outside. Living room and bedroom had doors to the balcony which was shared with the neighboring apartments. So we had to close them during the night. We only picked this hotel, because it was one of the few that had a three bed option.

The location of the hotel is very safe and quiet, and the view outside is beautiful, the facilities are slightly outdated but clean, the air conditioning is not very powerful, a little hot to stay in summer.
The amenities provided in the suite were great, the kitchen even had a dishwasher, loved it.

The deposit was expensive, and the check-in process took so long that I couldn't get through on the phone. I also emailed them directly, but they never replied.

I used it for business trips and it was nice that it had separate bedrooms and living rooms, a terrace, and a work desk.

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

A bit far from the city, book room with extra bed but when checked in they said they didn't have the room type I booked so i have to book another room. Also the room i got when i checked in doesn't have a proper bed the bed the they provide is the big sofa bed so uncomfortable.
