The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Location is average~ There is a supermarket nearby before 8 o'clock, but nothing else, not counting hotels and restaurants. You must go back to the central station for shopping and dining. There are 2 or 3 homeless people at the hotel Metro station at night and the place smells like urine

Beautiful hotel, great location with the metro a minute walk away. Very clean. Possibility to use the sauna and gym where they provide extra towels and disinfectant. Extremely friendly concierge. I would go back immediately.

Enjoyed staying at the Hilton for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room was always clean. Great having a water station and providing bottles. Breakfast was good and provided a healthy option. Most amenities were easily accessible from the hotel and I enjoyed the walks around the city. We found it a bit challenging to operate the temperature in the room.

It's not our first stay here, and it won't be the last. Honestly, everything is beyond perfect. I went with my girlfriend for one night, and the room are very beautiful and in the very centre of Brussels. The weak point it was the heating system that wasn't working properly and there was not a brush for the toilet.

Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is full of art and the room also shows this feature. There is water and tea/coffee in the rooms, it is also quite clean and close to center.

Staff are so welcoming and cheerful. The hotel provides two bottles of water every night, and there are sleepers, both are not common at other hotels in Europe.

Enjoyed my stay at Warwick Brussels-Grand Place! Room was excellent. I’m always very particular with the bathroom/ shower and it was immaculate! Room service was great too - housekeeping changed my pillowcases and towels daily. Rooftop bar was so nice! Front desk and concierge were also very helpful and professional. I had a lovely stay. A beautiful and decedent hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and cosy with a well sized bathroom that had a nice deep bath. We stayed in January and the room.was a good temperature. Staff were helpful when asking for directions but we didn't need much more assistance from them as we had everything we needed. The bar/restaurant attached was fun and sociable, offering a good range of Belgium beers

Facilities are old with smell in room and hall. Fitness is public one full of people and air quality is bad. Room bathroom is very small and lounge opening hours are short 16:00 to 20:00 and beverages and alcohol options are limited. Food in lounge is also very simple. Breakfast is quite good comparing to other services.

Good location close to everything, Hotel need attention

Superb location but service needs to improve as very difficult to get hold of reception at night times and have to go downstairs to look for them. Also, I tried to ask for slippers but it's not available.

When I checked in, the two male receptionists were not welcoming at all. The room was so small - I booked a 18sqm standard double room but the actual room was like 12sqm. The bathroom was tiny and it was not like the photos in the description at all. Very disappointed.

Hotel is quite new and has a style. Need to walk 15mins + to the tourist attraction. Given the price and condition of hotel, it is still quite value for money. North station is 5 mins away and a bit complicated but still safe.

Hotel is in a good location and convenient to get to everywhere. Unfortunately, the service at the hotel is terrible. We asked for slipper because that’s only one pair in the room it took three phone calls and over 40 minutes to arrive. Not helpful with local information overall, the impression of the hotel staff is not very good. If I do visit again definitely will try another hotel.  

I stayed in the hotel for four days. The bathroom in the hotel is very clean. The shower water is very large and the hot water is very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The location is good and the breakfast is good. Overall I feel pretty good. I booked a room on the 6th floor, which is considered cheap. It is actually an old loft converted. Through this dormer window, you can see the spire of the nearby Catholic church. You can hear the church bells starting at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is an unexpected surprise.

I only stayed for a few hours, just before my night flight, but the location was good because of the connections to the airport. The hotel looks a bit old, like it's from the '90s, but the quality is still good. No complaints, just as expected.

I stayed in ibis Brussel midi only 1 night. I got really good service from staff. There are several services provided in hotel, including bar zone and common space. Moreover, it’s very close to the midi station and market, thus it is very convenient to stay. However, it takes only 15 minute from other attractions if you wish to walk. I recommend to stay here.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the heart of the city, only a 6-7 minute walk from the train station and several famous attractions within walking distance. The only drawback is that the shower area is relatively small and using a shower curtain would be more inconvenient

Reception desk were very friendly. We were able to check in early since the room was ready. Great location near the center. The only gripe was the shower considering the price payed for the room. There were no walls in the shower to block the shower curtain from sticking to you while showering.

I stayed here between Christmas and New year. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom was good. The bar had a very good selection of beers that were very reasonably priced. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment, I suggest sticking to things like burger and chips. The fitness centre was reasonable and never busy whilst I was at the hotel.

It was easy to locate the hotel right on the Jardin Boulevard. The facilities are dated but highly functional. The breakfast had a variety of delicious meal options.
