Good location. Hotel front desk service staffs not friendly as I expect .

The hotel is located in the city, surrounded by designer stores and is quite safe. It occupies a corner of a building. It's not very large, and the restaurant is also small. Cleanliness is acceptable, but the rooms are not large.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Location is average~ There is a supermarket nearby before 8 o'clock, but nothing else, not counting hotels and restaurants. You must go back to the central station for shopping and dining. There are 2 or 3 homeless people at the hotel Metro station at night and the place smells like urine

Friendly welcoming front desk associates. Good breakfast selection however, it was the same for our 6 day stay. The hotel is dated with the rooms needing some care. The beds are comfortable, our room was quiet facing inward towards another wall of the hotel. There’s a small convenience store near the check in counter, hotel is in walking distance of the shopping street, location felt safe.

Enjoyed staying at the Hilton for 2 nights. The staff was very welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the room was always clean. Great having a water station and providing bottles. Breakfast was good and provided a healthy option. Most amenities were easily accessible from the hotel and I enjoyed the walks around the city. We found it a bit challenging to operate the temperature in the room.

Very very nice hotel, although not all toiletries are provided but you may ask. Good brand of shampoo and shower gel. Free welcome cookies which are very very delicious. 5mins walk to mrt station and feeling safe too.

It's not our first stay here, and it won't be the last. Honestly, everything is beyond perfect. The staff professionalism, the cleanliness, the rooms, the breakfast, the small detail that gives you a little joy as the welcome chocolate walnut warm cookies. Fridge in the room is better. Service was excellent. Food was quite good. Maybe you can give tee bags in the room for the tee-lovers every day, but it is not important. We were very satisfied.

Enjoyed my stay at Warwick Brussels-Grand Place! Room was excellent. I’m always very particular with the bathroom/ shower and it was immaculate! Room service was great too - housekeeping changed my pillowcases and towels daily. Rooftop bar was so nice! Front desk and concierge were also very helpful and professional. I had a lovely stay. Definitely coming back and recommending to my friends too!

Hotel at a great location, mins to tram, metro stations. Train station is only 10min walk away. Carrefour express is opposite too. Room is very spacious, with huge bed. Interior design  visually was so so but practically comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself is full of art and the room also shows this feature. There is water and tea/coffee in the rooms, it is also quite clean and close to center.

Staff are so welcoming and cheerful. The hotel provides two bottles of water every night, and there are sleepers, both are not common at other hotels in Europe.

When I checked in, the two male receptionists were not welcoming at all. The room was so small - I booked a 18sqm standard double room but the actual room was like 12sqm. The bathroom was tiny and it was not like the photos in the description at all. Very disappointed.

Hotel is quite new and has a style. Need to walk 15mins + to the tourist attraction. Given the price and condition of hotel, it is still quite value for money. North station is 5 mins away and a bit complicated but still safe.

I went with my girlfriend for one night, and the room are very beautiful and in the very centre of Brussels. The weak point it was the heating system that wasn't working properly and there was not a brush for the toilet.

A beautiful and decedent hotel. Our room was extremely comfortable and cosy with a well sized bathroom that had a nice deep bath. We stayed in January and the room.was a good temperature. Staff were helpful when asking for directions but we didn't need much more assistance from them as we had everything we needed. The bar/restaurant attached was fun and sociable, offering a good range of Belgium beers

Facilities are old with smell in room and hall. Fitness is public one full of people and air quality is bad. Room bathroom is very small and lounge opening hours are short 16:00 to 20:00 and beverages and alcohol options are limited. Food in lounge is also very simple. Breakfast is quite good comparing to other services.

Room was booked as a large double bed, when we checked in they gave us a twin room, then argued they had no double rooms. Then they found one after I complained. Rooms were large but fairly basic in terms of decoration, and our bathtub was broken. Location itself was excellent and the breakfast was good.

Amazing location, just 40min from the airport via a train and two tram stops. And then you are just a short walk from all the key attractions. Cannot recommend enough. The only downside is the wifi can be temperamental.

The best location in Brussels, walking distance to all major city attractions. Extremely helpful staff- we had to cancel our prepaid, non-refundable stay due to a family emergency and instead of 3 nights we were able to stay just one. The management accepted to fully refund our unused nights and we received the money in just a few days. They even gave back to us the tax fees. This was highly appreciated...

The location is great as a few minutes walk to the underground Louise and all the nice shops and down town Brussels. I have stayed in the hotel in 2001 and again last month. Not many things have changed. Staff at the reception are fine. The breakfast is ok.

Hotel is located just next to the Midi train station, where you could enter it by the side door located near to Haagen Daaz in the station. As we arrived too early, we weren't allowed to check in hence we put the luggage at the concierge. Hotel was in a good location and easy to get anywhere by train as it's next to the station. It says spa, but there is only a sauna and gym nothing else.

There is no amenities that can be enjoyed the pool has its own payment its not free. Although the staff are nice. Room cleaning needs to be booked. A bit far from the center so you have to travel by bus or train. Near the train station though. Also its dim there is no main light just a big lamp.

Superb location but service needs to improve as very difficult to get hold of reception at night times and have to go downstairs to look for them. Also, I tried to ask for slippers but it's not available.
