Brussels, Rue Du Midi 135 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A great experience, the room was spacious enough and the hotel was roomy!
The location is convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the Manneken Pis and an 8-minute walk to the Grand Place in the city center. We walked to Midi station to catch the Eurostar, and it took less than 20 minutes.
The neighborhood felt safe; this street seemed to be an Arab residential area with many kebab shops.
There...
The room was very clean and quiet, quite spacious, and even had a balcony, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, and major attractions like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It truly offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The service was excellent; I arrived at 10 AM...
Overall acceptable, but the check-in experience was disappointing as we were initially given a room that was already occupied. The issue was later resolved with a room change.
A traditional hotel with a good location. 5 mins walk to manneken pis and 15 mins walk distance to the Brussel Centraal Station. Room is spacious and comfortable
We departed from London to Belgium via Eurostar. It was about 20 minutes walking distance from Eurostar Station to Bedford Hotel. Further, lot of eateries restaurants and cafe, carrefour and Grand Place all within walking distance of 10 minutes. We joined 2 day tours to Ghent & Brugge and Luxembourg. The meeting point is about 18 minutes walks. Overall the hotel is very convenient and staff are very...

Room was quite small for 3 big luggages. Luggage cannot be left open otherwise it will block the entire walkway, thus some of us have to keep opening and closing the luggage. Toilet is of decent size. Location is really good, near to Brussels central station and grand place, walkable to most attractions. Staff is friendly.
The bed was sooo comfetable and the room felt cosy and smooth. The breakfast? 100000/100, it was soooo delicious, there was a variety of food, you can even make your on waffles!! Whoever is reading this, trust me, it's super nice at Ibis Brussels Off Grand Place!!!
Super good location, near train station and lots of eateries nearby. The room is very small for 3 persons with 3 luggages. Basic amenities, no tea or coffee machine and no mini fridge. There is portable drinking water refill station at L1 near reception area.

The hotel location is excellent, right in front of the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's in a city center location, so dining is easy with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The front desk service is very welcoming, and the hotel environment is also good. All the attractions are around the hotel, within walking distance.
Amazing location, near many attractions in Brussels, this is a quiet hotel with large rooms. To be recommended.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The bathroom is very spacious with a wet/dry separation, but the shower, toilet, and sink are all in one room, and there's only one, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The only downside is the large gap between the beds, so you can't place anything against the wall, as it will definitely fall. Also, the lighting is very dim, practically...
the staff was friendly and easy to communicate. the room was excellent as it’s dorm and it very well placed. near all the attractions!! love it so much
The property is near to the public transportation, and tourist spots. It is also sorrounded by restaurant, bars, and pubs so can be so noisy. Personnel are so kind and friendly. But all in all I enjoyed staying at this place.
Location is definitely the highlight of this hostel — right in downtown Brussels and very convenient for getting around the city. Cleanliness was acceptable but could use some improvement in certain areas. Amenities were basic but sufficient for a short stay. Service was fine overall; staff were polite and helpful when needed. Good option if you prioritize location over luxury.
It's supposed to be a female dorm, but there is a couple on the other bed. And there is no extra towel, it's used already.
Close to city centre but had difficulties with the digital keyboard and many stairs

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It's incredibly well-located for exploring Brussels on foot. If you prefer public transport, it's also right nearby.
The staff are super welcoming and helpful. Our standard double room was quiet, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We had the breakfasts, which were simply incredible: savory and sweet options for all tastes, varied and in generous quantities...
Had a great stay at Aqua Hotel Bruxelles, very spacious and cosy room. The location is great, close to Bruxelle Midi station (10 mins by subway) and very walkable to famous places. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. Will stay here again in the future.
We stayed here for 2 nights. It's fine for a very short stay. The location is pretty good. The room was quite clean and quiet. However, there are some issues:
- the room was VERY small with a very thick pillar in the middle, making it feel even more cramped.
- the toilet is in a separate closet. So you get into the very small toilet compartment, then you flush, you go into the main room, you get into...
Great location with coffee, tea, and fruit available all day. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
We had a nice stay in HappyCulture, location is convenient to take metro to the train station and many places in the city. Our room was clean but cold, there was AC but it took time to make it warm. Receptionists were super kind and helpful 😍 there was a free tea/coffee and snack bar and this is perfect 🤩
This hotel exceeded our expectations! There was free coffee, water and tea in the lobby area that you can comfortably drink on the sofas. The room was clean and quiet (a bonus was the wc separated from the shower). The position was close to the central area in a quiet street.

Easy checking and checkout, room tidied while we are out and clean towels. Overall perfect for the location and the friendliness of all staff. Merci!
Very clean hotel and an excellent location.
Room was a little dark, and lighting not sufficient.
no shampoo & conditioner in bathroom.
Front desk staff lovely, and very helpful.
Overall a good stay - no real complaints.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel Brussels.
The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to the main sights of Brussels and public transport. It was approx. a 15 minute walk to the central station. It was the perfect location to explore the Christmas Markets.
The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were always greeted with a smile or a wave. The housekeeping...
The bathroom was a little tinier then expected. The staff were awesome and the room was clean and ready early
The staff were 1st class.
The location was good
The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe.

Very practical location just at the entry of the center ! Rooms were good (we got a recently renovated one), but the hotel is currently in renovations. We’re verysatisfied with the quality/price ratio :)
There was some renovation work going on in the hotel, so the hallways weren't as clean, but the room itself was gorgeous with a beautiful city view. The only drawback was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (except for slippers). There was no kettle or refrigerator.
It’s unbelievable the fact that you need to wait until exactly 3pm to check in… when we were there 3 minutes before 3pm they told us the room was not ready…. and exactly at 3pm just 3 minutes later the room was ready!!! There was only one elevator in the hotel and it was not working at the moment… we had to go up 2 floors either our bags, and no offer from the front desk to help!!!! Never again to...
I literally booked this room 3 hours before I arrived and everything was ready for my arrival. Brand new room (hotel was under construction) with modern look and very clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient, I had an issue with the shower head and came back to it fixed quickly. Only negative was the layout of the bathroom - you can’t sit on the toilet properly, you must sit sideways 😂
The accessibility was great, and the staff were friendly. Being close to the subway station made it super convenient to get to the city square. The elevator was also quite unique!
Location and staff are 5 star but the rooms are on the small side and the bed was woeful. 2 single beds together and it was on an slopping angle so I kept feeling like I'd roll out of bed.
We didn't take advantage of the buffet breakky but it looked great.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. Let's just say I wish I'd have read the reviews before booking. That's a life lesson for me. Amazing location but dilapidated and unclean.
Good location but a bit old capet in the room. View at night is beautiful.
The room was well-equipped, and we chose one that could accommodate three people. It's conveniently located near attractions and dining options, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. You can reach Brussels Square within 10 minutes.
The staff were very helpful with letting me leave my baggage on my departure day until I was ready to leave. The location is perfect for visiting central Brussels; the Grand Place is only 5 minutes walk.
The negatives are that my bedroom was a bit shabby - cracked plaster on one wall. The view from the window was of air conditioning machinery.
I loved the hotel 💗💗and amazing lift experience and also staffs are very kind …worth the money spent and amazing location ..

Friendly staff and convenient location. Room was as described
Good hotel, well located. I booked a larger room, it was indeed big in size but the way furnitures were displayed was not very practical. Not the fault of the hotel and management company itself but with some relocation of furniture rooms would improve. Free coffee all day. Staff very kind and helpful.
The hotel location is good. Walking distance (15 to 20 minutes) to many touristic area. It is clean and breakfast choice is just nice.
I will book the same hotel for future visit.
The hotel is clean, services as expected of ibis standards. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Metro and busses available easily right outside the hotel.
Great selection of breakfast!
Decent bathroom
A bit of walk to the old town
Comfy bed and room size
Got my room around 12 pm instead of 3 pm. Nice!
It was an average hotel, tbh. For the price, it was fine. No kettle or tea in the room. There was a complimenrary coffee machine downstairs that you could use.

The hotel staff are friendly. Note that the hotel does not accept cash for payments, including the tourist tax for your stay.

Breakfast was great without feeling over crowded like most hotel of this scale. Staffs were very helpful and attentive. Location wise is a little let down but then again is not the hotel problem. It was very convenient for the Atomium and the stadium. I was there for the Diamond League athletics which was a walk away.
Very good breakfast. Within walking distance to the Atomium sculpture, the Design Museum and King Badouin stadium. Very nice park for running and hiking.
The rooms are small, but I slept very well in the beds. The bathroom shower configuration is kind of strange and a bit slippery. Internet was good; I had a conference call during my stay and there were no problems.

Very good and genuine friendly service. Rooms were impeccable and excellent air conditioning. Very convenient location not far from the metro and the Atomium too.
Normale hotel da business trip
No air conditioning in the room, bloody hot. It does say that you have air conditioning in the room. It doesn't work either and you can't turn it on because it is centrally controlled and that's not the period for that. :(
And only 2 towels in the room.

Nice, spacious room with a great view. Friendly check-in. Coffee and TV facilities, and many international channels. Good location opposite Brussels North Station.
Good cost effective hotel to stay in for a few days and very good location to navigate around the city of Brussels. Very close to train station and metro/trams.
The bathroom and toilet smelled really bad and the breakfast sausages tasted expired.
Beautiful view and perfect location if you are coming from the airport, buses and trains are close to the accommodation so you can get around.
The hotel is a little old. It’s located next to the train station Brussels North or Bruxelles Noord. The room is very spacious but it’s not the cleanest.
Plus:

Very clean rooms and kind staff!
Our stay was ruined by the disastrous breakfast service on Monday morning, despite the best efforts of the staff who did what they could with the available stock… unworthy of a 4-star hotel (all items were out at 9:00 am, a 20-minute wait for bread, only 5 mini pancakes offered for everyone present, no yogurt, a broken waffle iron, etc.). The location isn't great, near the notoriously chaotic Midi train station in Brussels. The overall interior is okay, but it was under renovation when I checked in, requiring me to climb a set of construction stairs, which was inconvenient if I had luggage.
Could give 4 stars but I’m in a good mood.
Positive:
The staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. Very warm rooms.
Beautiful decoration in the room. Good lightning.
Negative:
The room was a bit small for two people.
We stayed there for two nights which was actually good. From the check in to thr check out the process went smooth and flawless. Mohammed the receptionist was very helpful from day one. Our room was on ground floor, spacious and was enough for 3 of us.

Convenient location for subway access. in the middle between Midi and Lemonier station. Just avoid to go out late at night because it is the Brussel Midi area
Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and comfortable.
Room was adequate and clean. The only issue I had was the walls appear to be very thin as I was kept up late by others talking in a nearby room.
This accommodation is pretty close to Brussels-South station, so it is convenient to reach both Brussels airports. The property is a bit old, but it should be fine.
The hotel is in a good location, only about 10 minutes' walk from Brussels Square, but the road in front of the hotel is under construction, which is a little inconvenient.
The room is not big, the hygiene is good, and the sound insulation is very poor. .
I don't know why, but I had to pay again at the front desk after booking the hotel from Ctrip, which made me feel bad.
I stayed in an economy single room.
It's within walking distance of the city center. There is a sign, so the hotel is easy to find.
The room was reasonably clean.
There is no bathtub in the bathroom.
There is a hair dryer.
There was what appeared to be heating equipment, although we didn't use it as it was late September.
There is no air conditioning. There is an electric fan.
The room key is a card...
The location is very good, 5 minutes walk from the station, the room is very clean, and the housekeeping is in place, but it is a pity that there is no kettle and you can't boil water. There is heating, and the room is dry, so you need to open the window for ventilation.

The rooms are small and you can hear everything due to the thin walls. The bed mattress is super soft and it feels like you are sinking in the middle.
Good central location; staff very welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit 'tired' and could do with an uplift / makeover with more 'in room' facilities.
