Room was quite small for 3 big luggages. Luggage cannot be left open otherwise it will block the entire walkway, thus some of us have to keep opening and closing the luggage. The hotel location is excellent, right in front of the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The property is near to the public transportation, and tourist spots. It is also sorrounded by restaurant, bars, and pubs so can be so noisy. Personnel are so kind and friendly.  But all in all I enjoyed staying at this place.

I literally booked this room 3 hours before I arrived and everything was ready for my arrival. Brand new room (hotel was under construction) with modern look and very clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient, I had an issue with the shower head and came back to it fixed quickly. Only negative was the layout of the bathroom - you can’t sit on the toilet properly, you must sit sideways 😂

It's a good apartment solution. There were building works right by our windows, which wasn't ideal in the morning, but overall we had a good time. Definitely would have loved it slightly cleaner (hoovering). I think it's always appreciated to find tea bags in the hotel room, even in a self-service accommodation.

I really like the location of the hotel. It is very good area to walk around and near the Nord station and Rogier station so it made more convenient for me to go one place to another place. And also just a minute walk to the bus stop. You just take bus number R26, it will take you straight to the Brussels National airport and only cost 3 euro.

No air conditioning in the room, bloody hot. It does say that you have air conditioning in the room. It doesn't work either and you can't turn it on because it is centrally controlled and that's not the period for that. :( And only 2 towels in the room. Breakfast certainly not worth € 18,-!
