 Only issue is the hotel didn’t provide a bell boy in the entrance to greet and assist the visitors

Such an incredible hotel right in the heard of Brussels. Would absolutely stay again. The rooms are well appointed with lovely bedding and great in room amenities.

The hotel doesn’t hv one of the main and basic service (Bellboy) to support guests with their luggages, which is a clear shortcoming that does not align with the basic standards of the hospitality industry! Additionally, the staff’s attitude during the check-in was average and lacked the expected level of professionalism, which negatively impacted the overall experience

Great location. With just a few minutes walk to grand place and the train station, it’s perfect for exploring Brussels & taking day trip to nearby cities.

The staff were excellent and the rooms overlooked a beautiful courtyard. Would recommend for any couple looking to stay in Brussels.

We loved our overnight stay at the hotel, easy to access public transport to and from there. Our family room with two beds were super comfy and big enough for all 3 of us

Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through)

I had to pay an additional €34 to get this view. WHY? The requested room was in the same category and was already more expensive that day (Dec 31). At that point, I really felt like I was dealing with a low-cost airline

Very convenient location. Near all central activities within walking distance. Just along the hotel road, got many restaurants for food.

She offered to let us complete the check-in process that night and just drop off our bags the next morning, which was totally unexpected and a huge help since we were in a rush the following day

The chicken ciabatta at the restaurant downstairs is delicious, and the Melbourne coffee in the station across the street is also good. It's very close to the Grand Place, the art gallery, and the arcades

It's quite convenient, and the kids loved the pool. The only downside is that it can get a bit noisy at night being next to the street, but otherwise, everything was fine.

The shower is in a relatively low position, the wall spray 🚿 is a bit scattered, the water is not concentrated enough, but the water volume is large, and there is a heated towel rack

the hotel staff are very accommodating. they make sure that your stay with them will be memorable. it's located strategically near all the best places to see. restaurants, bars and those typical tourist stuff

For some reason, there was a smaller mattress topper on top of the main mattress, and it didn't quite cover the entire bed. The bedding was quite dated, and each person only had one rather flat pillow

Room was quite small for 3 big luggages. Luggage cannot be left open otherwise it will block the entire walkway, thus some of us have to keep opening and closing the luggage

It's in a city center location, so dining is easy with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The front desk service is very welcoming, and the hotel environment is also good

Very good hostel I stayed in 4-bed room only with 1 person,Everthing was good and clean,and staff was also friendly!! I put my luggages to luggage storage for free,that was amazing,because I’m traveling around Europe and furst time that was free!!

The bathroom is very spacious with a wet/dry separation, but the shower, toilet, and sink are all in one room, and there's only one, so you might have to wait during peak hours

Location of this hotel was superb. Right next to Brussels Central station, and next to a lot of food options and shopping. We stayed 3 nights, and paid 90 euros to have our room upgraded to a bigger room

I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country

However, the price for the room is too high, especially since there's no heating. The bathroom is warmed by a ceiling heater, so it's best to let it heat up before taking a shower; otherwise, it won't be comfortable

I stayed here and the bathroom and bed weren't bad. It's kind of like a business hotel? I chose this place because I felt Brussels was better for an overnight stay than a day trip

It felt like a luxury hotel so the price was amazing! After this we stayed in a different hotel for €15 less, but it was awful and so run down. I kept wishing we’d stayed at the Marivaux again!
