There were no slippers in the room, and it seemed like there was no water either. There wasn't much service, but the breakfast was okay.

Lovely hotel in a central location. There was a wide variety of choice for breakfast. The hotel was immaculate and the bedroom a good size.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rubins. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the location was perfect for visiting the historic center.

Perfect location just steps from the Grote Markt, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, offering great local recommendations. Rooms are clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for the historic city center. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh choices to start the day.

If you’re visiting Antwerp and want to be close to the cathedral, restaurants, and main sights, this is an ideal spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably won't return Begium - the vibe wasn't for me around but the hotel was very nice!

Fantastic location! Close to the main square. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very pleasant. The room was also very good. It was bright clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again

Checked in on a Sunday, so possibly non-regular staff, and they did not seem prepared / trained. Was asked for payment but had prepaid. Air Con was not turned on so room was 28C. No beer in minibar (though it is Belgium!). These are small things offset by central location, comfortable room and lovely breakfast.

The location was superior. Just close to the church and market. Can easily go city walking around. However, one of the room has terrible smell.
