This was our second stay at this hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Antwerp Central Station, arguably the most beautiful train station in Europe. It's also right next to the Chocolate Museum, and within walking distance of the Old Town and Grote Markt.
The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing, served in a flamingo-themed restaurant. Even the ginger tea is presented in a unique way that stands out from other cafes.
But the best part is the service! We got completely soaked today, and even after checking out and returning to the hotel, the staff went above and beyond, getting a hairdryer to help us dry our hair and clothes!

Located near the main station, but quite a distance from the historic center. The delicious breakfast is worth to notice. The light in the bathroom could be placed more visely, cause I need it better in front or above of my head, not my belly.

Great location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming service on our check-out day.

My stay was enhanced by a delicious breakfast, offering a variety of tasty options. The location is great for exploring the city, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. The location was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. However, our stay was affected by a few issues. The soundproofing of the room was poor; we were woken up around 6 a.m. by the clattering of dishes and cleaning noises from outside. It was difficult to rest properly.
Additionally, there were a lot of fruit flies in the room, constantly flying around, which was very bothersome and affected the quality of our stay. I hope the hotel can improve on these issues — otherwise, it’s a real pity given the great location.

perfect hotel for a few nights!

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square.
I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh.
Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends.
In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival.
Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.

It close to the train station, subway, tram. Very convenient to transport to viewpoint.
The room is small, dusty, smell bad when we arrived.
We find out the dust everywhere when the light is on. It is easily to see it flew whole room.
The toilet smell is so strong when we opened the room door, no matter how many times we flush the toilet. The smell is continuously coming out. There is no air circulation in the toilet.
