Lovely hotel, clean and in good location. Plenty of restaurants within yards and main shops (high st shops) maybe 10 mins walk. Great view of cathedral (bells stop at night!) Square can get a little noisy but windows are well sealed an air con ok.

Great service from all of the staff. If you opt for a room on the square, the view of the Cathedral is stunning. Breakfast was varied and good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The friendly staff and super cool interior Location is great for getting to know the city with best galleries, restaurants, shops, museums, ... Great restaurant on the ground floor as well, great caesar salad and seasonal dishes. The rooms also have amazing views.

The small room we booked turned out to be not only huge but also an interior designers dream, the hidden staircase is a gallery full of contemporary art and the breakfast was a delight - even for breakfast-avoiders like me. The location could not be better if you like restaurants and being far enough away from the beaten tourist tracks.

The location is good. The front desk is casual... not much service. Everything else is fine. The worst thing is that the bed sheets are stained. The hotel did not apologize at all. TripAdvisor helped to solve the problem.

Very friendly staff. Parking is convenient though slightly expensive at 20 euro per night. Free parking is available withing walking distance and the staff will tell you so. Rooms are outdated and the pillows not very comfortable. Hot water in the shower is not guaranteed and the water will turn cold occasionally, even during short showers. We are currently on our second day & leaving tomorrow, our room 1.2 is very nice and quirky with no noise from outside considering we are right in the centre of the pedestrianised old town with a nice touch of a mini fridge in the guise of an old fashioned radio & large shower. Nice hotel located next to the Grote Markt and really cute streets full of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is really nice and the staff is friendly. Room was really simple (no tv, no bathroom) but a super comfy bed; we got the room next to the street and we enjoyed the bells from the cathedral that is just next to the hotel, at night could be loud for some people thought.

We were waiting for the train station to open after a concert past midnight and with no place to stay the night, have a very nice 2.5 hours time in the billiard for a good price to alleviate the cold outside. The attendant at the billiard was very friendly and helpful

I would definitely recommend the Rubenshof. The staff, Thierry, Linda and Kavi were terrific. Friendly, well-informed and so helpful. The hotel has Art Nouveau decor and so handsome to look at. And it's 5 minutes walk to the Fine Arts Museum which is full of treasures.

the staff was fantastic and the location was convenient. My only negative is that the room was so sparsely furnished. No bureaus, and no nightstands. I had no place to easily put a glass of water or for that matter, my phone. Plus no view whatsoever. but I must reiterate the staff was exceellent.

Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily.

Boutique Hotel with a lot of charm. Recently renovated. Good residential location. Clean, comfortable, modern rooms. Fantastic multi jet shower. Great bed and excellent breakfast. Run by a charming and dynamic couple. If you require an elevator this is not the place for you. Four floors, with steep stairs typical of NL old buildings. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience at 'Goodnight Antwerp'. The rooms are beautifully designed, with high ceilings and well-crafted furniture. Access to the kitchen, which is very well-supplied, was also an excellent addition. The location is also excellent, just a few minutes walking (or cycling!) away from the main attractions.

Check in was to slow. Don't know what he's doing. Need to open book to refer how to check in. No other staff available for guidance. First given me a door code with alphabets. When I went up there is no alphabets on the door. Secondly the reception gave me a code which didn't work. Again went down to ask him just to open the door with his key. I stayed for 5 nights and I have no complaint. The room is clean, has everything you need and fully functional. There’s a TV in the room that you can connect wireless to your devices. I’m happy that I had chosen A-stay for my trip here in Antwerp. Highly recommend!

The room was quite spacious, and the location is excellent, just a four or five-minute walk from the central station. The front desk service was decent. However, there was no kettle or hand soap in the room. It had a window, but it couldn't be opened, which might be uncomfortable in the summer. Overall, it was okay.

The room was nice, the staff were friendly and the price was good, however the pool and sauna are part of a private condo so you can’t just come and go like a typical hotel. Also the jacuzzi and shower require some repairs as the jets didn’t work.
