Warm welcome and fast service on check in process.
Clean room and just walking by to the central station, easy for my mobility around the city.
The ibis budget is a great choice if you need a no frills room with breakfast option close to the central station. The rooms are far from pretty but functional and have everything that is required for a good night sleep. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is affordable and, while having a canteen atmosphere, an acceptable selection of food. Would certainly stay again.
Visiting Antwerpen was an absolute bliss. Exploring the city with friends made it even more special, and the trip truly felt like a Christian city experience that helped me reconnect with tradition, faith, and my core Christian values. The beautiful churches, peaceful atmosphere, and meaningful conversations made it a memorable and grounding journey. Our stay at the ibis hotel was comfortable and welcoming...
I stayed for a few days during a holiday. The room was as expected: clean, comfortable and left nothing to be desired. Right by the station so very convenient.
The staff were really friendly, kind and nice to talk to - they made me feel welcome. There is construction taking place nextdoor (in the day as per Nov 2025) which wasn't an issue for me but just to be aware. Thanks Ibis!
Great location, only get if you are on tight budget,
Rooms are crammed.toilets are very small and can't fit a person of average stature, no privacy if you are travelling with few people. My room had a mirror in front of shower.no hangers in shower as there is literally no place for them.
Beds are uncomfortable and come in bunk style.
No lockers are available in rooms .no kettle or fridge provided
Not the cleanest but the room was decent and the location was good near the city centre. The room was fine for it’s price.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Antwerp Central Station, arguably the most beautiful train station in Europe. It's also right next to the Chocolate Museum, and within walking distance of the Old Town and Grote Markt.
The hotel breakfast is absolutely amazing, served in a flamingo-themed restaurant. Even the ginger tea is presented in a unique way...
Located near the main station, but quite a distance from the historic center. The delicious breakfast is worth to notice. The light in the bathroom could be placed more visely, cause I need it better in front or above of my head, not my belly.
Just a 2-minute walk from the train station exit, very convenient.
Great location, just a two-minute walk from the train station and close to a metro station, making it very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. The room was a bit small, and the shampoo and shower gel dispenser was broken, which was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was very good. Special thanks to Momo at the front desk for the friendly, funny, and welcoming...
Hotel Indigo in Antwerp is a modern and stylish choice! The decor is cool and contemporary, creating a vibrant atmosphere. My stay was enhanced by a delicious breakfast, offering a variety of tasty options. The location is great for exploring the city, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure. Highly recommended for a trendy getaway!

The desk staff was very welcoming and informative. Room was clean and well stocked.
Loved the afternoon reception, and the morning breakfast was wonderful. Very close to everything. Was not happy that we asked for twin beds and here told to separate them ourselves because the housekeeping has left for the day . Then we asked for another blanket and was told the same thing. But beautiful hotel
Comfortable hotel, enjoyed the sauna as part of room deal and snacks and drinks 16:30 to 20:00. Also only city tax to pay, no need to have to pay the 50euros charged by other hotels as holding fee.
Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, except for the nice man running the happy hour, could all use a refresher course in "hospitality"
Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Good times for checking in and out, great facilities in the room but could do with some additional surfaces. Great large shower and bed. Nice toiletries. Good range of tv channels. Would have liked a safe that could fit a laptop and the scent that’s pumped through the...
Staff was very friendly & helpful, Happy Hour is great and something we looked forward to daily, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel’s location made sightseeing very easy… it was our favorite hotel of the Belgium trip! 😃

Check-in in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. I had a bunk bed in an empty room, which was clean and had everything I expect from a hostel. Great stay for the price.
The front desk lady was beautiful. You have to make your own bed, which is a bit unusual. The environment is nice, and the bathroom is large but not very well laid out. The location is convenient.
Fine for a nights stay Bed linen and towels were clean but other than that room looked like it hasn’t Been cleaned in a long time
Very good Hostel with excellent staff who were friendly with me on arrival. I arrived early and there was a luggage hold and was also able to check in early. The staff were multi lingual and they spoke English, French and Dutch. The bed and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean.
The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL).
Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance...
Great location and clean. It was a good affordable option in an otherwise expensive city. Room could get hot in the afternoon. Good tv and bathroom.

THe service is mid well, enough but not great
The Room interior is very relaxing and cozy, the only Problem we found is the main door, doesn‘t close securely, it should be double before going out and forcely close it. What we enjoy as couple is the Breakfast Buffet.
Disappointed regarding the electric car charges opposite the hotel entrance, should be made possible for guests whom stay to use those. Tried it with credit card, charge cards, Shell- Anwb, Bank.
Room clean, bed good, amenities all there (iron & board , hairdryer) could do with some more clothes space!
Breakfast a bit chaotic due to group(s)
Compact room with a very comfortable bed and matching pillows (a choice of options). Small, practical bathroom. The only downside is that the sink is very low, as I'm not tall myself, so... Ideal for one or two nights. Extensive breakfast buffet.
Overall clean, tidy, and comfortable
We had a nice stay only the AC was not working properly. Thank you for everything

Located in the suburbs, parking is convenient and free. There's a cute lounge inside; you can grab a drink in the evening. The service is decent. Overall, the stay was pretty good. Breakfast was just so-so, haha.
Close to the tram to the city center. The room smelled at first, but we got a new room and it didn't smell. It's an old hotel, but we slept well. Breakfast was good.
It was very nice and clean accommodation, gladly again
Perfect Location and nice clean rooms

This is the very epitome of a boutique hotel experience. A charming and very friendly desk staff. Very stylish furnishings. Exceptional breakfast. This hotel has a lot of character. A jewel box hotel experience.
Great location. Street was noisey especially early hours of morning food and service excellent. Rooms were good - bathroom cramped a little. Gym was poor.
Excellent location with helpful and friendly staff
Gorgeous hotel
Gorgeous hotel. Old bank with character. Food options superb. Breakfast lovely. Bathroom protects super.
A lovely hotel. Centrally located and I had a nice big room.
Liked this hotel and would stay there again. However next time we would pay a little extra and opt for a bigger room than we had on this stay. We were there for 4 nights , and the room we had was probably only suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Overall, mostly OK. Staff was very friendly. Hotel overall looks very nice. However, it seems like not enough time/money is being spent on upkeep. Paint falling off walls in the hallways, broken floors in the elevators. Our room was quite spacious, however: - the door to the hallway would not lock from the inside.
- The bathroom door would not lock at all.
- The mirror was broken near the floor, as...
We had a great stay in this hotel. One staff member in particular (didn't get his name) that was working in the evenings was extremely nice and helpful!! He took the time and effort to talk to us about Antwerp and give great advice for places to visit. He also helped with making our say super easy and effortless with our 4 month baby. Would 100% stay there again just for the kindness of the staff!...
Decent hotel for the price you pay. Friendly staff at reception. Breakfast is very good, a mix of hot and cold dishes, everything looks delicious. Stayed twice, first time I had an "normal" room, it's definitely time for an update, lots of stains and small damages on the walls, the lights were loose. Bathroom was okay. The second stay I booked a superior room with the painting on the wall. It's almost...
It's a good hotel, for a good price. Just 15 minutes walking to the city center. Overall very good hotel. However, the walls or not that thick, so we had to enjoy some late night action from our neighbours.

The location was great, quiet but very central. Lovely comfortable room with amazing view of the cathedral.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rubins. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Best of all, the location was perfect for visiting the historic center.
Perfect location just steps from the Grote Markt, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, offering great local recommendations. My wife spent a very enjoyable 2 nights in this excellent family-run hotel, close to the historic heart of Antwerp but far enough so we weren't disturbed by some of the city's more lively late-night revellers. We stayed in a junior suite - large room, comfortable bed, very comfortable pillows and a good shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Parking beneath hotel. Highly recommended.
Back again: it remains a favourite. The impeccable combination of perfect central location, interior parking, beautiful rooms with stylish bathrooms and fantastic beds, lavish breakfast, authenticity and warmhearted hospitality are simply 2nd to none. We will never ever stay somewhere else when in this part of Flanders!!
Room was great. We only had 2 issues. The pillows were awful and our separate bathroom had no ventilation or sink.
We spent four nights at Hotel ’t Sandt in Antwerp and loved every moment of our stay. The location is fantastic—just steps from the city square—yet the hotel itself is peaceful and quiet. This is a charming, old-fashioned boutique hotel with delightful, attentive staff and large comfortable rooms. A.welcome respite from indistinguishable hotel chains. We had a pretty nice experience with good service, a perfect location in the middle of the centre and we enjoyed our time over there very much!
Had a little staycation here for a night and it’s a nice hotel if you’d like to splurge a little. It’s super duper close to the train station and only a short walk to a number of restaurants and fast food chains.
The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, with a tram stop right in front of the property. Check-in was a bit slow due to the large number of guests, but the staff handled it politely. The room was spacious and spotless, making the stay very comfortable.
Located just outside the train station so it’s convenient. You have to check in in separate building though which is 5 minutes away. The room is spacious and the bed is super comfortable. There is a problem of doubling city tax which it written to be included with the room when paying from this app but then I got charged again in the front desk.
The most beautiful train station in the world - next to it, convenient transportation, easy access, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean and quiet to live in, the price is good value for money, the disadvantage is that parking is not very convenient.
Love it! Great location, found the hotel right after exiting the station. Breakfast was always nice, and the staff were friendly.

Very friendly receptionist, but the cleanliness is far from ideal. The exposed part of the matrass showed visible stains, the entire bedroom floor was covered in lots of circular stains, and there were long hairs still left in the bathroom.
If it wasn't for the friendly Nepali receptionist, my experience would have been significantly less favorable.
Room smells like mold, pillows and covers full of sweat, had to open the window during the night to not suffocate. If you are reading this do not book here.
It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.

The location is quite good, about 5-10 min walk from the central station. Though the facilities are old, there are no unpleasant smell in the room, and it is kept in very clean and tidy way. The toilet is also quite clean and good to use. Service is warm and nice. We were there for Ladygaga's concert, the reception lady told us that we can take the metro for free by the concert ticket. Amazing, old-fashioned hotel and a very nice and communicative staff. You need to be prepared for old furniture and facilities, but they just fit the style of this accommodation.
If you have the possibility to try the breakfast: do it! It was one of the best I ever had in a hotel, although (or because of) there was no buffet.
Very special hotel, as if frozen in time when it has first opened more than 30 years ago, or built about 80 years ago I guess.
The owner is a lovely and smily guy, and with his lovely friendly dog made my arrival as pleasant is it could ever be. Don't expect any modern gadgets of fancy technologies, but enjoy the real simplicity of great hospitality. Btw- I loved the breakfast too!
Charming place in Art Deco style. Very friendly people. Old but spacious and comfortable rooms. Personal service at breakfast (so much nicer than a buffet). Close to public transportation and city center. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, but the nearby restaurant Minerva (seemingly of the same owners) is worth a visit: it has an excellent Belgian cuisine and offers high class service.
A very friendly and traditional former Antwerp merchants home run by husband and wife. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast in the morning was wonderful - well done! Great for a quiet stay in something a little more special than a large chain hotel.

Super beautiful entity, colorful, creative, amazing atmosphere! Excellent service already before the arrival, everything was taken care of. Thank you so much, will be back!
Excellent hotel, helpful and friendly staff, and close to the charming restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful paintings and thoughtful finishes throughout!
The hotel was very well located and in a nice building. However, it was understaffed and breakfast choice was limited. Compared to other options in the same neighborhood, it seems a bit overpriced.

This place is crying out for The Hotel Inspector or Gordon Ramsay to storm in and shake the owners out of their stupor. There’s genuine potential here — the kind of charm and setting that could make it special — but it’s completely undermined by a burnt-out, disengaged owner whose negativity sets the tone the moment you walk in.
There were no menus, no prices on display, and ultimately no transparency...
