100% Coronavirus protection. Neat and cozy rooms! Super friendly, the pool, sauna, and fitness center were great, and the breakfast was delicious! Best hotel ever.

Really liked this hotel, the staff were really kind and friendly and were super helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities you would like and the location was perfect. My only slight niggle was that the pool was quite small and cold and there were no locker facilities so you just had to leave your clothes in a room which felt a little unsecure. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
On a sidenote, I would never fly from Brussels Charleroi Airport ever again. I would always get the Eurostar. The airport was difficult to get to and we had to wait in three separate queues for three hours to fly for one hour back to England.

Room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay perfect. The Hotel was convenient to shops and restaurant's

Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge

Room was very clean, comfy stay and extremely friendly staff.
The location is fantastic - only a short stay from all the main attractions. Would highly recommend staying here.

The most unbelievable breakfast 1 so fresh and everything you could possibly want . Staff are amazing and everything from sheets to pillows is luxury

Midi Room was a comfortable but rather small for more than a couple of nights stay.
Room could do with night lighting for bathroom visits.
Didn’t try breakfasts as seemed quite expensive for what may have been a continental.
Jazz bar was nice for a late night drink.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Dead quiet, I know there were other guests but i never heard them. It's an elegant old building but the rooms have been made ultra modern. I loved the king size bed and the beautiful bathroom. Location is perfect.

We had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, friendly staff. Our room had a slanted ceiling and it almost reached our heads. My wife felt claustrophobic and wanted to charge room. Only one small window and we paid good price. This is very disappointing.
