Beautiful hotel, splendid service!

Very centrally located hotel with friendly staff and sumptuous breakfast buffet. Loved the garden view  and the beauty of the building. It was a breeze to do sight seeing on foot from this hotel.

Great location, room was fine but the staff weren’t particularly friendly. Disappointed that they charge extra to access the spa.

We stay for 3 days but not receive any cleaning in our room. Also need to ask for refill shower gel, shampoo etc.

Everything was ok , we will recomen to our friends

We had a fantastic stay at Martin's Brugge! The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from the Belfry. A special thanks to the lady at the reception for being so helpful and making our check-in and stay so smooth. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bruges!

Nil amenities provided in room . The three bedder was squashed with 3 beds in it with minimal room to move

Upon arrival, there was a slight disappointment regarding the parking. They charged €30 per night for their guests' parking, and I didn't notice anything about this being an extra paid option when booking. The room wasn't large but it was neat, clean, and had a good bed. We slept well. I did miss having a cup of coffee in the room; we had to get it downstairs, and of course, it was extra. The photo...

Sadly the hotel has gone downhill since we last visited. The rooms are not as clean as you’d expect. We had to chase for our room to be made up one day. There was no hot water one day for me to shower. The hot breakfast was like. We won’t be back to Martin’s!

Very central but still relatively quiet. Room was clean and contains most things one would need for a short stay.

Perfect location, just behind Market sq (the land mark), take only 10 mins Bus to the Brugges train & bus station. super recommend this place. Staff was friendly and speak well English

The location is very good, with many stores and restaurants around. Very close to the old town. Walking distance to many bars. The facilities are relatively old. The flushing in my toilet does not work properly. The room are designed to be able to connected to the neighbouring room, but the wooden door does not stop noise.

This hotel is located within Bruges' Old Town, making it a comfortable walking distance to the churches, Belfry, and Lake of Love. The hotel is cozy and inviting, forming a courtyard with the Ibis hotel across the way, with two convenient exits for easy access.

The walk to Bruges city center and attractions is a convenient 15 minutes. Both the hotel and the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the shower has good water pressure.

Basic room but perfect for a nights stay. Bathroom light kept turning on and off as it was on a sensor which was a bit annoying but everything else was perfect

Convenient location, though a bit far from the Markt, about a 20-minute walk. However, public transport is super easy to access, with both bus and train stations very close by. The service and facilities are excellent, and everything is very clean; the room itself is also very spacious.

Nice service but the price is a bit high

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel as it was near the train station but quite a long walk to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are visiting Bruges again.

Location is good., only next to Brugge train centraal. On foot takes approx 3min. carrefour convenient store just below the building, is a superb location Hotel is clean and cozy. walking distance of around 20min to central market and historical sites. overall is rated good

The beds were really, really small.

Nice and Clean hotel, locate in the city walk area. Easy to explore city by foot. Carrefour express is just opposite hotel. Private Parking lots is just connect to hotel entrance.

You get one bottle of water per stay (no matter how may people how many days). No lobby bar.

Nice hotel with convenient self check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom are small and not very spacious, amenities just the essentials but no hair dryer that didn't help. Overall ok for a one-night stay. The location is excellent, you can reach all the main tourist attractions within a few minutes.

The location is great. Walking distance to central . The place is quiet. Abit on the old design But place is clean and well maintained. There is a roll Dow blind to ensure privacy. Breakfast spread is good.

The servers were all very professional, their movements were quick and efficient, and the customer experience was fantastic! 👍 It was so delicious, I finished it all in no time and even forgot to take pictures, hahaha.

Very good location a few minute walk from the main Christmas Market square. We were room 211 which was outside the main hotel and it felt like a private chalet. We went to the Bar and service was great. Would stay again in Brugge

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. It is very close to various check-in spots. It is especially suitable for measuring the old town of Bruges with footsteps. The hotel is very charming and worth it.

The gentleman that owns the place is incredibly sweet! My husband and I both enjoyed our stay. We’d stay here again next time we’re in Bruges.

The hotel is a gentle 20 minute walk from the railway station and very easy to find. I was a woman travelling alone and a bit nervous but everyone at Hotel Central was warm and welcoming and I always felt safe. The room was simple, spotless and had that wonderful view! Food was generous and tasty. I had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Positives were a big room and great location. However the only window in my room was in the bathroom. Check in is at the restaurant downstairs and as it was busy when I arrived I was clearly a bit of a nuisance for the staff. This was the only place I stayed on my trip that didn't have tea/coffee facilities in my room.

Fantastic location, literally central so great for exploring the heart of Bruges, with a great view of Belfort. Rooms are comfortable, a good size with a nice big bathroom. No lifts so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the square! There is parking space, but you have to be very careful. The front desk staff was very attentive and helped us upgrade to the room in the main building, but it was not in line with the price I booked at the time, which caused some minor problems, but they actively helped us. It was a very pretty hotel and the parking lot was in a garage so I was relieved. I was also satisfied with the free room upgrade! Above all, the breakfast quality was good so I want to use it again.

Comfortable and clean. Last time I came here for a day trip, I found a free parking lot at Park & ​​Ride, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. So I parked my car there this time. Perfect!

Chose this hotel again for the *******e time; simply amazing in a word! Delicious, extensive breakfast, wonderful beds, and the location is good in relation to the city center. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a little rustic, but very nice and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable, which was also thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very friendly staff here especially the older gentleman that checked us in and later worked in their lounge. The room was clean, large, and very elegant looking. Location was excellent and we had a fantastic view of the canal and 5 min to the main square. I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Stunning area especially at night when they light up the buildings. Beautiful room and comfortable bed with good quality linen. Cosy bar downstairs although the bartender who was actually working in reception did not know what cognac or brandy was. Strange. Dogs are allowed.

First the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, they got us checked in, and then gave us a rundown of a few things to see in Brugge, where to eat and what to avoid. The room was clean, huge in size, and quiet. Only downside was the mattress was a little bit hard. The front desk team were very amenable to our requests too.

We had a really nice stay over the weekend in the Hotel Flanders. We had a shared balcony for our two rooms which was amazing! The breakfast was really nice and I liked the vibe of the hotel. It's located only a few minutes from the city centre and thanks to this you have a lot of quiet during the night. Also nice and helpful personnel :)

Excellent Hotel and Even Better Team We were staying for the Tour of Flanders, and from the moment we arrived the team could not have been more accommodating. Secure storage for bikes, early breakfast on event day, super friendly and predicting our needs before we asked.
