Great location, room was fine but the staff weren’t particularly friendly. Disappointed that they charge extra to access the spa.

We stay for 3 days but not receive any cleaning in our room. Also need to ask for refill shower gel, shampoo etc.

It's a hotel worth staying in. The restaurant is comparable to the Michelin in Paris and the price is only 1/3

Relatively old, mainly for a cheap

The hotel is very good but the location is very remote. You have to cross the viaduct. I took the wrong road at first and couldn't cross the road.

The surrounding environment was really nice. It's a country hotel in the forest where you can go for a walk and swim. The air is good and I highly recommend it for families. However, you have to go through the forest to get to the hotel, so be careful while driving as it's not possible to get to both directions. They charge for parking. The breakfast was really good. Thank you.

The room is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable, with relatively new facilities. The only problem is that it is far from the city center, so it is suitable for travelers who drive.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the square! There is parking space, but you have to be very careful. The front desk staff was very attentive and helped us upgrade to the room in the main building, but it was not in line with the price I booked at the time, which caused some minor problems, but they actively helped us. Later I learned that there should be a problem...

It was a very pretty hotel and the parking lot was in a garage so I was relieved. I was also satisfied with the free room upgrade! Above all, the breakfast quality was good so I want to use it again.

Located just outside of the busy tourist area of Bruges (not a bad thing) and within easy walking distance. Rooms clean and tidy and in keeping with the building. Some even have canal views. Breakfast is worth paying extra for if not included in the price. Continental and English served. Accomodation walls somewhat thin, so expect to hear your neighbours! A truly European hotel with a unique feel not available in China

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Bruges. It is a typical resort hotel with free parking and a large yard. Bruges is very small. Even to the city center is only 5 kilometers away, but you must drive yourself. There are no buses and you can only take a taxi.

The hotel staff are satisfied, the facilities are okay, the fitness center is simple, the hotel's dinner restaurant is delicious, but the breakfast variety is limited.

The hotel is located in a small town square that I like very much. It is a global chain, with guaranteed service and is worry-free. There are many attractions around, and there is a morning market in the morning to experience the local life style. Parking is also convenient.

Golden Tulip Hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the shops and restaurants The hotel needs to be update. The night we stayed, one man was the repairman, bartender, waitress and cook. He did the job but wasn't friendly doing it.

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. The room is simple. I requested a high floor, but was given a ground floor. The sanitation is average. The reception even tried to charge more tax. I will not stay at ibis again

Below average hotel, boring, tiny rooms, no light coming through the window, bare minimum of amenities and confort. Pillow hard.

The hotel is next to the train station and bus drop off point which is very convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town but the scenery on the way is fantastic. The rooms are a little small, especially for 2 adult and a child but if you’re there to see the city, you don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Walking distance to historical areas Head to the carpark lift and go to the upper level of the carpark, then walk along the carpark heading away from the station but parallel and you will see two glass lifts to the Ibis hotel. Don't follow google map which takes you to the rear of the hotels running along with the railway tracks as you have to walk around the whole block and back to the carpark lift...

The location is close to the subway, which is very convenient, but the signs to find the entrance were not very clear, so it took a bit of time to find it. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay overall.

2 days in the Bedroom 385: very good moment. All the staff is very nice, and the hotel is ideally placed in the middle of Bruges. You can leave your can and run à bicycle to enjoy this lovely town. I strongly recommend this hotel for a WE at Bruges.

Stayed here one night as part of a visit to Bruges with various meetings and team building. Very warm welcome and no effort was too much for the staff. Clean rooms and cosy bar. The breakfast was more than sufficient. In the restaurant where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, the view on 't Zand was a very nice bonus.

Rooms very tired but great location

Nice hotel only a few minutes walk from the city centre. The hotel parking was full, but the underground parking for the city centre was close, safe and cheap. The staff was very helpful and were able to recommend and reserve a nice place for us for dinner. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and good quality food for the price.

Convenient Hotel Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the main square. Huge 24/7 car park close by. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and a nice pool too. Only negative is the price of breakfast where it is cheaper to eat out, in an expensive city. Would recommend.

Hotel Heritage is a cute and modest hotel with a fantastic location in Bruges. The hotel is small but inviting. The room we had was ok. Bed was great, but the furniture wasn't in great condition. The carpet, while recently cleaned, had some stains. The biggest issue though, was the water in the shower. Great hotel we recently spent a week at. The rooms are not massive but the King Sized bed was comfy & the rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was adequate & there was plenty of choice. The hotel staff all spoke good English & they were very helpful with booking taxis etc. The bar is only small but this was no problem to us. There’s no restaurant at the hotel but some bar snacks are available...

Me & my husband stayed at this lovely hotel as part of a coach holiday. It's a really nice, clean, friendly family run hotel on the outskirts of Bruges centre. Our room was on the second floor which we requested it was a nice, big room with a huge window protected by mosquito mesh which was great!
