Very good hotel. Comfy room - beer and food at the bar were tasty. The staff were polite and helpful, letting me leave my bag whilst I toured the city on my final day. Additionally, they were able to let me check in early when I arrived. Would stay again.

Hotel opened in 2016. Perfect location for my targets in Brussels, less perfect in time of EU-concerned demonstrations.
Clean room with comfortable bed, fridge, TV and safe. Bathroom clean, basic toiletries. Good breakfast, bar in the same place in the evening with basic drinks.

Unfortunately the quality of service,previously radisson famous for, has dropped down. Stayed in Brussels at Christmas this year and booked Radisson as previously experienced very good service at this chain. However, it appears that Radisson has cut it expenses on the quality now. It was quite chilly in the hotel (in all areas). I also have experienced some technical issues with the air conditioning unit being very noisy with only being told at reception that there is no maintenance guy during the night in the hotel and this will be looked at next day only. Had to switch off the heating in the room completely off, which is not great considering it was -2 outside. We have booked a superior room and when discovered that there is no hair dryer in the room asked politely at reception to bring one. I have been told several times to look in the room more carefully. After several requests they did bring one to the room at the end. Breakfast at the hotel was quite good and had a variety of food available. Not 100% sure if Radisson will be my first choice when going again.

Booked three rooms for the holiday stay in Brussels.
The room size was excellent, and the bed was larger than a standard hotel room bed. Comfy and not too noisy. The hotel room has everything, a kettle, a coffee machine, an iron and an ironing board. Fridge, etc.
The hotel is outside the centre of Brussels. 25-30 minutes walk to the heart of the city. If your destination is the EU Parliament, then this is the perfect spot.
Slight disappointment on the first day when checking into the room, as one of the rooms was not cleaned and tidied up. But it was quickly rectified by the front of the house by changing it into another room.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful day here. The hotel provides good breakfast and service. We were impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the front desk. This is the good choice on the trip.🥰

Good size modern hotel right next to EU.
Beds are comfy. Great amenities with gym room and steam room.
Only problem was the shower that was really hot and water flowing out. Good that there is a bathtub option we can use instead.
