Reviews
Breakfast was also provided, which was very pleasant. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed.
No complaints from us, it is perfect if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay. We would definitely come back again!
Our biggest surprise was that the hotel room is really clean, the bathroom spotless, a very good bed (not so very good pillows but that’s only my 2 cents). Loooved the glass windows and the charm of the old building. Yes, there are no elevators but you can read that before you book, so I don’t understand the fuss.
The biggest nicest surprise was the breakfast. Only few options but delicious, the most amazing bread I ever ate at a hotel and patisserie 10 out of 10. This hotel really proves that less is more. We loved it. Very chic and charming. Keep up the good work!!
if you book this hotel, you should know that if you have any inconvenience, they will not give you options for a solution. We lost our money and we destroy our holidays because of this. Really sad about the hotel services.
Short walk to central Brugge, very comfy bed, good water pressure in the shower. Helpful staff. I also enjoyed the morning view of Brugge from my (top floor) room. I chose not to pay for breakfast, so can't comment on that. Would stay here again!
The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the third floor, which was exhausting, especially with no one available to help. If you have a disability or difficulty with stairs, it’s important to request a room on the reception floor, though this wasn’t clearly mentioned in the Booking description.
Additionally, the reception is located in a neighboring hotel, and when I needed assistance on two occasions, I couldn’t reach anyone through the room phone despite trying several times. This could be dangerous in case of an emergency if someone needs immediate help.
Another issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t working. Opening the window wasn’t always a solution, as it could get too chilly.
While the room was small, it was clean, comfortable, quiet at night, and felt safe. I thoroughly enjoyed Bruges and didn’t spend much time at the hotel, so overall, the stay was fine for me.
+ Room big
+ Garage down the road we could store our Bicycles in overnight
+ Good location in Bruges
