Our stay at Hotel Loreto in Bruges was overall very pleasant. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which truly made a difference and made us feel at home.
The only downside was the room, which was quite small and a bit worn, including the bathroom. The ceiling had been freshly painted but only on small spots; it would have looked much cleaner if it had been completely repainted.
That said, the warmth, kindness, and exceptional location of this hotel are priceless and clearly outweigh these minor imperfections.

Owners were fantastic and very understanding when we had an incident that developed without our control. Would not hesitate to return, superb location and very well run hotel.

Loved the personal touches and the lovely breakfast. The hotel is really well located both for the centre (~10 mins walk) and the station (~10 mins walk). The location meant that we could also pop back to the hotel during the day. Loved our stay in beautiful Bruges, thank you.

Excellent value for money! The rooms are more than adequate. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathroom has a bath/shower combination. There is a kettle with coffee, tea and sugar provided. It does not have a/c, but does have a bar fridge, which helped a lot to keep some drinks cold. The service and reception lady are very friendly and helpful. The location, to us, was excellent, because we could return several times for a little rest. I will recommend this 3 star hotel anytime, but remember it is only a 3-star hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights with our little baby. The hotel is equipped with an elevator and we also got a cot/crib for our baby. Immediately as we arrived we felt very welcomed at the hotel. The host is lovely. Our room was spacious and had a great atmospheric view towards the street and we could hear the sounds of the horse carriages below when the window was open. The breakfast was amazing (considering this is a small hotel) with a lot of attention to detail. Overall we enjoyed our time thoroughly and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our hostess was wonderful, warm and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located with walking distance to main tourist attractions, shops and dining places. Breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and enjoyable. The only issue was that there was no AC in our room; only a fan was provided. It was very hot during daytime, making it very uncomfortable. Although it cooled off at night, opening windows invited all kinds of bugs and mosquitoes into our room, which created other problems.

The hotel breakfast is absolutely incredible, and the location could not be more perfect. If travelling from the train station with luggage, I would recommend a taxi. It's a long walk with cobblestones. Once at the property, it's a quick walk to all the postcard views of Bruges.

The hotel location is fantastic, the staff are friendly. Overall it is clean and had basic amenities like a fridge in the room etc. The decor of the rooms is a little dated, but we were hardly in the room enough to care! The parking is up the street, be mindful that there are time restrictions on the road in front of the hotel and you can be fined if you are on it.

We spent a lovely 3 nights here, excellent location within easy walking distance from the train station and the town centre. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, owners were very friendly and attentive, would highly recommend for a trip to Brugges

Lovely hotel for short stay
Very friendly owners. Check in was nice and quick where a map was provided and a few things explained. We had a triple room and this was a good size, comfortable beds, good shower. Nice touch to have some bottles of water in the fridge and the room also included a safe at no extra cost.

The hotel main door is locked later in the evening and you have a key to get back in. We did have an issue trying to get back in late at night (may have been a few too many Belgian beers :D) however the owners were more than happy to come let us in with a friendly smile.

A continental breakfast was included which again was very nice.

Hotel was a 10min walk from the station and between 5-10min walk to main square so really good location. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again if in Bruges.
