Genuinely my favorite hotel we stayed it while traveling all through Belgium. The room my cousin and I shared was spacious, clean, with modern fixtures while still being minimalist. Its easy layout made it nice to share. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on grounds was spectacular. We had an amazing Christmas dinner there. We also enjoyed their impressive spread for their breakfast buffet. It is also in a great location. Close to the bus stop and train station and in walking distance of the center. We stayed during the holidays and were able to walk easily to the Christmas markets and the Winter Gloed (Glow) experience.

Recently renovated hotel, clean, room with coffee maker, kettle (coffee, tea and water in the room), excellent breakfast, polite and kind staff, quiet, excellent location.

Stayed for one night which was a last minute booking (booked the night before). Emailed the hotel before we travelled/booked for a request which they replied back to straight away and said it was possible - needed interconnecting rooms.
On arrival we were greeted and made to feel very welcome, the gentleman on reception recommended a couple of places to go for waffles/coffee/beer which we took him up on and we wasn't disappointed.
Didn't use any of the facilities there but the hotel looked very clean and well kept. The rooms were basic but great.
The hotel was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do and only a short walk to the market square.
Would 100% go back if visiting Brugge again.

Rude staff, especially The lady who was at the reception was impolite and made fun of our questions rather than providing proper service. The service was minimal, and the price was not justified at all. Check another hotels will be better

We stayed here December and only chose the hotel as we were struggling to find a triple room for the weekend. It was actually a great little hotel,good location on the edge of the historic area and opposite the bus station, a very easy walk to everything. Our room was clean and had 2 double beds for 3 people, personally I feel they need to make one of the beds bigger for 2 people to share but it was ok. Bathroom was modern and well equipped and good shower. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. I would stay here again.

Great hotel in a perfect location. I travelled with friends for the Christmas markets. The hotel had an underground carpark that we paid an extra £25 for 24 hours. This made things much easier for us. The reception staff were very friendly and informative, giving us details of what was going on for the Christmas markets. Room was great for us, 2 bedrooms and a small lounge area. Lovely and clean and very warm. Very quiet and peaceful, beds were comfy and we had a great sleep.
Just outside of the hotel, a large market was set up on Saturday morning selling fruit, vegetables, meat fish and flowers. Was quite busy.
The hotel was just a short wall, less than 2 minutes to the start of the shopping streets, bars and restaurants. Many traditional chocolate shops too. Pretty buildings and the canals all within a few minutes walk. The Christmas markets were also around 8-10 minute walk away.

Went with my sons for Christmas Market of 2025 and stayed here. Perfect location with very modern rooms and facilities. Ideal on the edge of the main street to walk into the centre of Bruges which was ideal

Beautiful hotel perfectly located to most of the tourist attractions. Nice staff. My room was fab, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable, had everything you needed. Great breakfast selection

Not the best hotel in Bruges. Although located close to the heart of Bruges, a wonderful place to visit, this hotel has problems. The lift is inadequate to the number of users who visit the hotel. The Internet advice we received from the friendly late on the reception desk was completed inaccurate. She advised us to scan the Q code on the back of the key folder, which did not work and when I queried this with a friendly guy at the reception, he pointed out that there were instructions a few centimetres from the reception desk that were easy to use to get Internet connection. Besides this the sheets in my room, number 520, were badly stained on the night of 6th October 2025. I did not report this at the time because I didn't want the hassle of having someone come in and remake my room. I am sorry to make these comments, because the hotel is so wonderfully placed in this wonderful town, but in all honesty, choose another hotel.

The hotel could use a bit of upkeep, but the most important part for me—the beds—were extremely comfortable, and that made all the difference. The location is fantastic and very convenient, though it can get a little noisy at night. Overall, it’s a place with great potential if comfort and location are your top priorities.
