The hotel is great, with excellent location, staff service and the room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. The shower was the best part, such a great shower with strong water force. The only issues encountered were that the bedsheets dont have elastic, so they get out while sleeping, and the toilet was leaking water. Besides that, definetly great hotel.

We have been to many hotels and in different regions of Brazil. Everywhere the breakfast is abysmal. This is the first hotel that has a really delicious breakfast that can be compared to the European or Turkish level.
And in general, everything is fine—nothing to complain about.

Horrible service. Let’s begin with the fact that once I walked in, the doorman did not ask to help with the luggage. There was a lot. The front desk lady was completely rude and disrespectful. I made the reservation before even going on the trip, and once I got to the hotel, I had to do it all over again. I went with a big group of people, and we were promised rooms on the same floor. However, they separated all of us. It was very unprofessional. I would not recommend it. Never staying again in any Windsor hotel.

Since I do a great deal of travel, this hotel is an excellent Hotel. It is clean, modern and not far from the airport. Excellent breakfast. On the same high quality level of any major US or European hotel. Lenny P. Reading, MA. USA.

Beautiful hotel, well organized, the workers are kind and ready to help no need to ask they all know what they doing. My wife and I ordered food for the kids and us, room service was amazing, food was delicious. Room size was really good, bathroom is nice and big

Nah. Sorry, but as a first impression very awkward as no one welcomed or greeted me as I came in. There were two receptionists and a security or doorman but despite arriving daytime, none came to my aid with my large suitcase and my sizeable carry on. So, no initiative. The interaction with the two members of reception was very cold, they were wearing masks so they should at least make an effort to show willingness through tone of voice, body language or the way they looked at me. I’ve had better receptions. I put a third star for the housekeeping and catering that was much better in that sense. They showed willingness by asking if I needed anything else, asking me extra questions such as if I needed any other small tasks done in the room and as I left the bell boy actually helped me with the suitcases, finally. Oh, I forgot to mention, I also noticed a hole in the sheet covering the bed, when I called to mention it they pretty much said “it is the way it is”. For what the name suggests and what the 5 stars represent, I definitely expected more.
