Positives: location is 6 minute walk to Metro; breakfast has a variety of fruits; breakfast staff is efficient and friendly
Negatives: lots of mold and mildew in bathroom shower; toilet got clogged on the day before checkout out date and maintenance didn’t show not show up to fix it.

Love this hotel, the architecture & decor are like yesteryear art nouveau from the 1930s, great service and pricing, and Flamingo is a cool non-touristy but safe feeling area

Rooms are fine for the price.

Service was very kind and helpful, but they barely speak english or spanish.

The location is amazing.

I decided to put 4 stars because of the small inconveniences, but also because the only time I had breakfast there I had a stomach pain for the rest of the day. Beware if you have a feeble stomach...

The most important thing about the hotel is that the surrounding area is relatively safe; don't go out after 10 pm. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. The subway station is about a 5-minute walk in the opposite direction from the beach. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a relatively bustling area.

The only downside is the room; it's really small. A 26-inch suitcase barely fits; it's only about 10 square meters.

Perfect location at few step from the beach.

Buffet restaurant with super great service to the guests and friendly people.

The rooms need to be updated,the bus still is a decent hotel for business.

Excellent location. The hotel is well maintained, although it's clearly an old building. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were checked in right away, even though we arrived early. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fruit.

This hotel offers a great deal.
The room is nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower was excellent.
My room also had a nice balcony.
The breakfast was superb, and the team at the restaurant is one the most amicable around!
The room when I checked in had the floor a bit wet from the cleaning and a faint scent of cigarette smoke. Neither was a problem for longer than one hour. They have a small garage that matches what you'll find in a building in that area from that time.
I look forward to stay in it again.🙂
