This is my second time here, and it’s always a pleasure. The wifi has improved immensely since my last visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Charles is a huge help and takes care of his guests, but all the staff is wonderful. The view of the beach is unparalleled.

Hotel is not well kept beyond the lobby. High price; only advantage is its location across from the beach and being near restaurants and bars. Construction site (pool) across the street can be very loud. Internet does not work most of the time or is very slow . At high occupancy rates rooms get made late. Towels are worn and no longer white; more gray. all together just not enough for the hotel to merit anything but a 2.5 stars. Bathroom also shows light mold around corners, blah. all together just not enough for the hotel to merit anything but a 2 to low 3 stars.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation, but that's ok, if you book here you know and accept that. What is not acceptable is that nowadays the wifi of the hotel is non existing......meaning it is there but it doesn't work! In the room (second floor this time) it did work only during central hours of the day; no way to make it work early morning or evening. At the ground floor (reception) it works but it's so slow that to download 20Mb of emails it takes half an hour. Really annoying! You have to understand that for foreigners the wifi service is vital, no matter if the guests are tourists or business like. Do something, please!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Charles at the front desk speaks perfect English and was very helpful. He also speaks perfect Spanish as well. He. Made made stay all the more enjoyable. Muito obrigado.

I stayed on the second floor. Given the security situation in Brazil, after checking my room, I found the balcony door lock was broken. I had to use my phone charging cable to tie the handle and make a knot. Luckily, it was only for one night, so I just let it go.

Very rude employees.

Unfortunately I had problems with my stay and they didn't care and helped resolve them.

There is no empathy in this hotel, management should review its employees at reception.

The breakfast does not have a good layout for moving around the room, the buffet is located in various positions in the room. Room service drinks are expensive and parking is expensive, there is no rotating parking option. The pool, despite being well presented, has a ladder that for heavier people can break and make you look like a fool in the pool. The restaurant has few dish options and prices are a bit out of line with others in the region.
