Good saturday night poor sunday night stay When full ( saturday night )breakfast next day was a large buffet ,So stay saturday and do not expect good breakfast if you stay sunday night . I like the place. The people that work there are very helpful. The rooms are in the old style which is very romantic. However, some of the rooms are small. There were some issue with our AC but it managed to heat the room. The restaurant is very nice with fireplace. Also, there is a fireplace in the lobby. The prices for food are very good. Very nice place with old Bulgarian looks and feeling. Neat room, all the furniture is in one style. Tasty and various dishes (many vegetarian and vegan, also alcohol free beer). Friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast!

Good food. Not what would i call kid friendly, as there are no rails or any safety measures when walking up/down the outside stairs (don't take the stairs if drunk). Friendly staff. cannot comment on the rooms as we went just for the food.

Beautiful location, well kept and cozy place, very clean and close to everything.

We ate at Mario's Complex, had pie and yogurt, and drank coffee. It was a very local experience. The owner was very charming and nice, and we really, really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend eating there. The atmosphere was very, very good.

The rooms are pretty small and most of the time you can hear the wind blowing in the corridor. When someone else opens the door of his rooms, our rooms door was moving everytime. Other than that it was ok.

I was there two times and always it was great pleasure to meet peoples who run this place. Very clean & comfortable rooms, great meals in hotel restaurant. Iam pretty shure to visit this plase everytome when i will be around.

Nice place. Host are kind but sometimes too much. It is cheap place to spend in Melnik a few days. But in the restaurant, sometime you have to wait for a long time. But I could come back there.

A really nice hotel with very kind and helpful staff. It is in fact the old Balkantourist hotel built in 1978, according to a commemorative sign, but has been renovated and is very well maintained. Great hotel - keep the balance between traditional and modern. At the city center of Melnik sith great view. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There is SPA and free parking. The restourant next to the hotel is also nice and is a wonderful for a quick getaway from our busy everyday life. We will come back soon

Zornitsa Family Estate is the Bulgarian Tuscany - wonderful venue with explicit hospitality, architecture, culture, food and vibe. Definitely one of the best places we have ever visited. The way how nature is integrated into this wonderful SPA and Wine location is extraordinary and wonderful.

A wonderful hotel nestled in rolling vineyards with impeccable and friendly service. The facilities are wonderful - great food, a huge gym, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and even a functioning farm! We had a fantastic stay here

The staff, Antoan and his brother, and so friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, clean bathroom and good wifi connection. Nice with hangers and hooks in the room for belongings. However, it would have been good with a shower curtain to not make everything wet in the bathroom.

I would like to thank the host - Antoan, for the kind welcome and wonderful attitude. He was kind and gave us recommendations about places of interest and venues with good food. There is also a possibility to visit the hotel's private winery with a nice lecture by Antoan. The home-made wine is excellent, definitely one of the best I have tried. You can buy a bottle or more... Overall, great stay.

Great hotel with a great location and panoramic views of the city. Everything is clean and well maintained. The hosts are very kind and always online. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. It is possible to buy wine, homemade jam, etc. .. all things that are their own production. There is also an underground parking lot, which is a big plus for a city like Melnik.

Amazing place and service! The weather was a little bit cold but we prefer to stay at the garden. There was no blankets and the waiter Angel provided me his coat ❤️

This very well decorated restaurant is amazing, great food choices, with wonderful friendly waiters and not too expensive at all. However, it's not wheelchair accessible and have to go down the stairs, to get to the toilets, but has no disabled toilet. It's not too far from it's monastery too, and should not be missed. Definitely do recommend.

What a beautiful place, with kind and caring people. The hotel is small and cosy, with excellent cuisine and really good staff. The Rozhen monastery is only 1 km away and is a must see.
