The staff, Antoan and his brother, and so friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable, clean bathroom and good wifi connection. Nice with hangers and hooks in the room for belongings. However, it would have been good with a shower curtain to not make everything wet in the bathroom.

Great hotel with a great location and panoramic views of the city. Everything is clean and well maintained. The hosts are very kind and always online. Breakfast is homemade and delicious. It is possible to buy wine, homemade jam, etc. .. all things that are their own production. There is also an underground parking lot, which is a big plus for a city like Melnik.

This very well decorated restaurant is amazing, great food choices, with wonderful friendly waiters and not too expensive at all. However, it's not wheelchair accessible and have to go down the stairs, to get to the toilets, but has no disabled toilet. It's not too far from it's monastery too, and should not be missed. We loved the hotel restaurant. Gourmet food, nice atmosphere (tables front the park), quiet and centrally located. Classy. The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!

The rooms are very well maintained and very clean even though it’s an older hotel. They are also spacious and offer fantastic view. We were here for just one night but would definitely come back. The staff is also helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. The only downside I find is the lack of an elevator but it’s not a deal breaker.
