The room was tiny. The floor wasn't clean. A family of 4 ended up sleeping in one small double bed because the other bed had bed bugs. The staff didn't apologize for an inconvenient night and weren't professional providing us with another room. The breakfast wasn't great! The staff members of the hotel were rude throughout the whole stay. Definitely do not recommend it and wont stay there again!
Comfortable rooms and clean. Friendly staff. Free parking outside. It also has a restaurant with balcony that prepares well grilled steaks.
Good saturday night poor sunday night stay When full ( saturday night )breakfast next day was a large buffet ,So stay saturday and do not expect good breakfast if you stay sunday night . Its then small cup of coffee glass of aryan a a piece of banitsa . If bringing kids beware of loose sockets ,Bathroom shower is just taps on wall so water goes everywhere .large room , good tiled bathroom , staff always smiling .3 parking spaces and 30 rooms so you'll have to park elsewhere so dont leave too much in the car .Go local avoid staying Sunday night
I like the place. The people that work there are very helpful. The rooms are in the old style which is very romantic. However, some of the rooms are small. There were some issue with our AC but it managed to heat the room. The restaurant is very nice with fireplace. Also, there is a fireplace in the lobby. The prices for food are very good. The only thing I did not like was the lack of parking and when you combine it with narrow roads it becomes a nightmare to travel with a car, especially bigger one.
We booked a double bedroom for 80 leva (40 euro). First impression was toilet. Somebody had taken a dump and apparently the cleaning lady decided it was not a good idea to clean it. It took me 6 flushes to do her job. Then, we experienced the service at the restaurant. The waiter thought he is way too smart for his job and was constantly making inappropriate comments. But the cherry on the cake was when after returning for a walk, we found our door broken. Apparently somebody had forced it open as you could see marks on the door. You could see it was still locked twice. Fortunately, nothing was stolen (we had our valuable with us) but unfortunately we were told that this never happened. We must have been confused. Needles to say there was no refund and we were reminded several times that they owner is missing. Like they are getting payed but doing a favor to the owner. In other words, stay away from this hotel!

Very nice place with old Bulgarian looks and feeling. Neat room, all the furniture is in one style. Tasty and various dishes (many vegetarian and vegan, also alcohol free beer). Friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast!
Good food. Not what would i call kid friendly, as there are no rails or any safety measures when walking up/down the outside stairs (don't take the stairs if drunk). Friendly staff. cannot comment on the rooms as we went just for the food.
