We were on vacation at the Central Hotel, in Kiten from 01. We were with my husband and our two small children, and another person separately. We are extremely pleased with everything

We were late, but they had reserved lunch for us. They offered us a bassinet for one child and a high chair. A wonderful place for small children

The rooms were very big, and the location is very good, both to the beach and the city-centre. There is no Sea-view, but maybe this was the only minus, one can think of. The bathroom was also very good.

Too pricey and the kitchen is not that good

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

What we liked the most was the friendliness of the hotel staff, everyone is so kind and friendly. The daughter was not well and the manager immediately called the call center of our insurance and then the doctor

Manager was all the time absolutely fantastic and helpful. Whatever you need, you can contact them, they will help you. Definitely a hotel for every recommendation and we will come back again

The hotel is nice, clean and the location of the hotel is excellent, but the best thing about the hotel is staff. The staff is very, very friendly, kind,helpful, especially the manager

Staff is great, plenty of activities and the restaurant at thus hotel is better quality at lower prices than the neighboring restaurants

The hotel is right on the beach. There is a pool and lounge chairs outside. You can Pay a bit more for a sea view room, which I recommend. There is 24 hour bar service in the hotel

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park

Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

I had a fantastic stay with an excellent value for money. The all-inclusive package was great, offering delicious food options. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants and a local train stop nearby. Cleanliness was impeccable, with daily towel changes, weekly sheet changes, and well-maintained hotel grounds

They were truly outstanding; they spoke English fluently and actively engaged guests around the pool, inviting everyone to join in activities like water polo, pétanque, darts, mini disco etc

Most of the staff were very friendly, although, unfortunately, two receptionists were unprofessional and unhelpful, with limited language skills to Bulgarian and little Russian, making communication difficult

Hotel for families with small children On the plus side, the rooms and the hotel looked exactly like the photos, so there were no unpleasant surprises upon arrival

Noise was another issue, as the music from nearby clubs, particularly the bass, could be heard even with the windows closed, disturbing our sleep
