It's a nice hotel. The territory and room is very clean. The staff is friendly and atrentive. I would recomend it for thectourist who appreciate sea and Bulgarian cosy picteresque nice towns as Kiten is.

Old, but renovated hotel. Some rooms have air conditioners. It is OK. But we were lucky to be in a renovated room with air conditioner. They have a restaurant and if you pay you can get all inclusive service. They have a big parking. This is an advantage in the crouded village of Kiten. The parking will cost you 2 BGN per day extra. The price is about 97 BGN per night. We have payed 496 BGN for 5 nights...

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly. The food is delicious and there's a variety of dishes for every taste. Special thanks to the animation team. There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes...

Very nice 3 floor hotel, with a lot of green around. Located close to the beach the hotel is extremely suitable for families with children. There are two pools, one is specially for children. The restaurant is well organized, the staff is polite and friendly.

I would recommend visiting and staying here, especially if you have children. The place offers amazing food and entertainment for children. The staff is kind. I am glad we chose this place. For grown ups there is yoga in the mornings and also different types of activities during the day if you have interest. There are two pools and the hygiene is top.

It was a wonderful time spend there. The rooms are big with big nice beds. They clean and change the sheets every day. The food was plenty and delicious as well. Only two notes. The children's pool was cold (it was build under the shadow of trees), and I didn't saw life guard nier the pool. In general I would come back again there.

Overall, a great place to relax. Beautiful rooms with astonishing views. Very close to the beach. The only issue I have is with the food - not every time something to eat. I would recommend having barbeque food aside, apart from the cooked food. Apart from that, a great place for a vacation.

Extremely responsive and kind people work there. The low rating is due to the lack of a working refrigerated display case in my room and large, old stains on the white carpet. Great value for money. Pet friendly. It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. It needs a good updating. Great location right on the water. We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. there are a thousand options in this area but this is the best they even let you bring in the underage ;) beds are great you can handcuff... yourself to the bed so you can sleep without hitting yourself the location is not too good though medium noise if its loud nobody can hear you (good just watch out for cops) and if its quite nobody will notice but here there are lookie loos and people can hear...

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Die Bettwäsche und die Tücher wurden regelmässig gewechselt und es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall das Hotel weiterempfehlen und es nächstes Jahr wieder besuchen.

Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. Very kind and friendly personnel!

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The space in a 3 single beds room is a little small but still enough not to feel cramped. There is a nice atmosphere due to the high trees right across the terraces. The staff clean and change the bed sheets every other day. A big plus is the parking area free for the guests. Walls are a bit thin though and noises can be heard from the neighbouring rooms :/ .

I stayed at the hotel twice this summer with my friends and my son. The location is great, and having its own parking lot is a big plus. Friendly service and delicious food. I would stay there again.

Good location, good food and the water in the pool isn't cold.

The hotel is very close to Atliman beach, about 3 minutes' walk. Our room and the bathroom were very clean. The water in the swimming pool was absolutely clean, not even a tiny leaf. There is a swing and slide next to the swimming pool which the kids loved. The food in the hotel's bistro is very very delicious and the prices are decent.
