Kind staff, good food, first line beach hotel, animation for children, good for family vacation.

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly. The food is delicious and there's a variety of dishes for every taste. Special thanks to the animation team. There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes...

Nice hotel right by the beach. Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

We stayed here for 4 nights while we completed a SCUBA diving course at the very nearby Marina Diving Center. The hotel is dated: the bathrooms and the facilities are in a little worn-down shape, but the price is right for 3 of us. The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas...

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders. The food (we tried only breakfast) was ok, not very good choise of healty meals although.

there are a thousand options in this area but this is the best they even let you bring in the underage ;) beds are great you can handcuff... yourself to the bed so you can sleep without hitting yourself the location is not too good though medium noise if its loud nobody can hear you (good just watch out for cops) and if its quite nobody will notice but here there are lookie loos and people can hear...

Die Lage ist perfekt! Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es wurde jeden Tag frisch zubereitet. Lecker! Excellent and friendly staff. Rooms are modest but okay, although the sofa we were sleeping on was extremly uncomfortable. Cleaning service is available daily. My only remark is breakfast and dinner - not various choice, many times the Milk was gone and it took time to be replaced with a new dose. Beach is very near, and we had a nice view. I really liked this hotel. The hotel base is nice, there was a lot of space for me and my family, the gardens were spacious. The room was okay and it was cleaned every day. The food was delirious, there were many different options and I enjoyed it. The hotel staff were very helpful, we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed right away. I recommend it and would come back again!

The hotel is catering towards the local/Bulgarian clients, you won't meet many foreigners there. The receptionists don't speak English but this was not a problem (they always call someone on the phone who can translate). Rooms are old, it's like a time machine takes you into 80's. Elevators have probably never seen soap water since installed (and they keep breaking down).. We haven't tried any food...

A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

A great family hotel 🔝🔝🔝, located in the center of Primorsko and close to the beach🏖🏖🏖. The hotel is run by a very kind family who do everything possible to make you feel good during your stay there. Good hotel, didn't book a room, we just walked in and asked and since they close on Friday,(end of the tourist season) we got a decent deal. Pool was out of commission though as they where getting ready to close. 2 minute walk from the beach and main street lights up at light, it is a great spot.

Cheap hotel suitable for modest customers. Dining room is nicely furnished. There is a clean pool with sun loungers and a outdoor bar. The rooms have noisy, but functional air-conditioning. The hotel is located near a nice beach.

We did not like the hotel for its price. The room has not been renovated for many years, there is no air conditioning, the parking lot is crowded and it was noisy from the street. At the reception they were very kind and the cleanliness was acceptable.

We actually ended up at the hotel by pure chance, as the one we'd originally booked was full (whoever was staying in the room we'd chosen at the other hotel had prolonged their stay). It is almost impossible to find such a clean and cozy place for the price that the rooms in this guesthouse are rented for. Amazing host, responsive and the place is within walking distance of shops, traditional restaurants and the main shopping street.

The house has spacious, cool rooms and excellent hygiene! The location is also good - the North and South beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings.
