Everything was awesome. Staff was super nice, room was great, probably the best possible location - far enough from the noise.

It's very nice. The rooms are very clean. The attitude is as if we are not guests but relatives. They also accept pets. We will definitely come again. Come and have an unforgettable vacation.

A great place for a relaxing holiday.

The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, cleaned every day. The beach is 2 minutes away on foot. Extremely many shops and restaurants approx. In the courtyard there is an equipped kitchen and tables where you can prepare absolutely everything for dinner. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back again!

The place is nice. The garden is well maintained. The rooms are small, the bathrooms even more so (meter by meter). The towels were changed because we asked, but the other room where our friends were was not changed for almost the entire stay. The guest house nice, clean, just you have to be careful which side of the bed and breakfast you've ordered. We ordered the better part of and tried to accommodate us in the worse part... But everything has been corrected.

Guest House Arkadia is situate at Center of Primorsko. Near by Supermarket, shops, Aquapark. The night Bars are on 7 min a walk.Rooms are clean and have a balcony. Arcadia Restaurant offers a variety of food - Bulgarian, Italian and seafood. The staff is very kind and responsive. I recommend this place for accommodation.

This is the third year in a row we have been visiting this wonderful hotel. Location, cleanliness, attitude of the always smiling owner, everything is top notch! It is almost impossible to find such a clean and cozy place for the price that the rooms in this guesthouse are rented for. Amazing host, responsive and the place is within walking distance of shops, traditional restaurants and the main shopping street.

Hogiena is excellent, the owners are calm and responsive. We were not disturbed during our stay. The location is pretty good, it is close to the southern beach, the center, the amusement park, and at the same time offers peace and quiet evenings. In front of the house there is a shop, nearby there are soft drinks, a breakfast room and a restaurant. We think we should repeat.

The price per night in high summer season is acceptable. The rooms are small, but the beds are big, the rooms are cleaned every day. My recommendation is to put mosquito nets on the windows.

Nice place, close to shops, there was always parking around as well. Hosts were welcoming and friendly. AC only in one room Streets are really noisy early in the morning. I was waking up around 6am every day because of that.

I stayed there for two nights and had a very good experience. It's close to the sea, literally 500 meters away, and close to the entertainment center. The owners are very nice, and the owner speaks Polish. The rooms are clean, and the air conditioning works very well, which was a big plus in the high temperatures. I highly recommend it.

Well it's a cozy place to sleep. Clean, very friendly staff, near the north beach. By itself it isn't anything special, but that is fine - you're not supposed to spend your time there. In close proximity there is a big store and many restaurants.

The hotel is very cozy, clean and tidy. It has a garden and tables with benches, very good internet and a great, friendly golden retriever. The hosts are friendly, they will be happy to accommodate you. The room did not have air conditioning, but they will certainly give you one with air conditioning if you ask in advance.

The small family hotel isn't luxurious but it's very well kept and clean. We had the flat on the top floor and the view was great. We didn't ask for wifi or cable tv as we went on holiday, a get away, so we didn't need those. They may have them, I wouldn't know. Nice hotel in a convenient location, prices are normal. Note: there is no air conditioning in every room and it gets quite hot. An awning could be put up, for example, to provide shade. And it would be good to have at least some soap. Otherwise, the owners are kind people. I would visit it again.
