I visited Bulgaria for the first time, and my impressions of this hotel are negative. The hotel is terrible. There are big questions about the organization of food and internal rules. Guests can make noise, sing, listen to music at night in the hotel lobby. Bulgarian children run around late at night, play board games, make noise by the pool. None of the staff reacts to this even after my remark. The food is stale. The positives are comfortable mattresses, new pillows, relatively clean rooms, a large and clean pool and a clean sea 5 minutes from the hotel. Definitely do not recommend the hotel.

My daughter arrived on 15th July and the Air Con in the room was not working, she reported to reception every day, and today on 19th July STILL no action or repair.
I finally called the hotel and they did act on this and fix in the end.
Would this have happened without my intervention???

The hotel is far from 2,3 or even 1 star.The rooms are very dirty and the blankets are made to be used without being cleaned.The toilets are terrible,while i am cleaning my teeth i can feel the breeze of urine coming from the top of the upper room.Nishto ne stava ot hotela vi,sobstvenicite sa izmekqri a heluronovata kukla e zlobarka.
