I do not recommend. The hotel has already passed its heyday. Lots of problems: the AC in one of the rooms was not working; Clogged drains, burned out light bulbs, moldy bathroom door, rude people (but this is probably in the whole of Bulgaria). No bar, no restaurant. Very poor WIFI coverage - it was practically impossible to use. I do not recommend it for the money !.

Terrible unmaintained place, the air conditioner in the room did not work, the refrigerator leaked and made a puddle in the room, the pool is not cleaned at all. The prices are high, and you get misery. Do not ruin your vacation and nerves there. This is the first hotel I have seen that to the breakfast does not offer coffee, I have visited many hotels, but there is no such miracle anywhere. The issue is not about the coffee, but that it speaks volumes for the owners, who are trying in every way to make money, and for the customers to get well as they want.

Brutally unpleasant experience!!! Communication was ok at first, although they were quite slow to respond. The price was ok and we didn't really have high expectations. But then what we experienced was under all criticism 😭! The room was ok, but the bathroom is not a bathroom, but a toilet with a small shower next to the sink. And the sink was so small that it was impossible to wash your hands without accidentally washing your feet. The towels had holes in them and were quite old. There was no WiFi during our entire stay.
Upon our arrival they made us cancel the reservation on booking. We stayed for 1 week in the "guest house", which definition should be prohibited by law! The only important thing for them was to take our money in the beginning. And after that they did not help us in any way at all. after all it was our well deserved summer break which we were hoping to have some rest and not a lot of stress!Already on the 2nd day there was heavy rain during which half the room (which was quite small) flooded even though the window and door on the balcony were closed because the joinery is old. Good thing we happened to be there and immediately started collecting the water. We collected about 3l in the bucket. When we told them what happened, we did it quite politely and with great understanding because we didn't see the point on their part, instead of receiving at least some elementary apology, they almost scolded us for not telling us earlier, and they also lied to us that it was happening for the 1st time, and the window frames in question and their furniture seemed to have been repeatedly experienced something similar. On the same day, after the storm, while my husband and I were in an intimate setting, a staff member burst into our room after a short knock, although it was obvious that we were inside because the air conditioner and TV were working and the light was on, and the door had a window. And for that we didn't get even the simplest apology, on the contrary - the next day the same person picked on my husband in a rather mean way! Despite everything, we decided to swallow this with a smile. We even decided to stay 1 more day and when we called them, bearing in mind that we were still guests of this "house", they didn't pick us up several times. I called them from an unknown number and they picked up. I asked them to tell us as soon as possible if there is a place ie. is the room we were in available. However, I waited for her for an hour and a half, and when we still had no answer I sent my husband to look for them personally. However, since he had to go to the center to some stalls to look for them personally, I got annoyed by the sloppy attitude and decided to directly seek the owner of the neighboring hotel "Stoyanov" for help and assistance. He turned out to be very attentive, sympathetic and very kind. The second person checked, confirmed to us that there was an available room, and we ended up spending our last day at sea in this hotel. We were absolutely blown away by the attentiveness, the hotel, the staff, the pool and the food, all for a 1 night stay! People, don't make the same mistake as us to spoil your vacation, just book in the neighboring hotel, for the same prices, but with charming service 😀!
