After reading the mixed reviews we had concerns about our stay but had no issues at all. The hotel is in an excellent location rooms are very spacious bathrooms are clean and well looked after. We had a great time at the Voya Beach hotel. The staff was friendly , the facilities are great and diverse. The food was delicious, and did not repeat itself and every evening there was a different show for the whole family. One of the best hotels we stayed in. Highly recommend 👌

Having 4 days of vacation in Voya, was like adding a cherry on the top of summer cake 2025. I can recommend Voya Beach Resort as the best place on Bulgarian Seaside cost. September is a very charming month to spend some days on the beach/pools and This Hotel offers all You need for a memorable vacation.

Luxury hotel, good services, but small, hard accessible and bad beach. Good food, but all members had a stomach pain on the last day.

Lovely modern hotel, facilities and cleanliness the best we’ve ever experienced. Food excellent and varied. Slight downside would be some bar staff not very friendly and need to learn to smile bit more. Other than that excellent and highly recommend.

All inclusive and certainly value for money. Modern, staff are freindly and helpful and a very clean hotel. Food is varied and the breakfast omelettes are the best and the desserts were amazing. Negatives are that there could be some local area information ie towns and bus routes as not much to do in this area. The old town is close enough to walk to and you can buy museum entry tickets in bundles...

This is our second time at this property and to tell you the truth, after the renovations everything is much better! The rooms are fresh and the sea view is fantastic as always. We have just returned from this hotel. The hotel was spotless, we found all the staff friendly and polite, particularly the reception staff who were very helpful and Iva and Anton behind the bar ensured we always had a drink and service with a smile. Well positioned for both Sunny Beach and Nessebar. We had a lovely room with a sea and pool view. Food you could always find something to eat. Breakfasts...

Hotel-nice with high technology and furnishings. Rooms-large and clean. SPA area-low level. Fitness-low level. Jacuzzi and pool-nice and clean. Restaurant-tasteless food, waiters do not communicate. Pool bar-low level and poor service. Lobby bar-high level, wonderful service from ANTON § IVA. They communicate very well in English. Night bar-high level of service from the bartender ANTON.

A wonderful hotel with plenty of pools for us to use unfortunately weather was not on our side so ended up in the indoor pool which was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful could do with smiling a bit more though. Beach was across the road from the hotel did not use though in the height of the summer this area would very busy and wonderful, we made the best of what we had and had a fab time

This hotel was amazing the food was great and plenty of choice, staff were friendly and helpful although could smile more, rooms were lovely light and cheery and comfy. The area was lovely and we did some trips out which were fab even though it was the end of season, didn’t get to try out any of the outside pools but the indoor one was amazing.

Absolutely top notch hotel! We really couldn’t fault the food, the cleanliness, the staff, everything was spot on. Housekeeping every day, food always fresh and hot. It’s a bit far from the centre of sunny beach, but it was a lovely walk with lots of bars and shops along the way. I will definitely be booking here again!

Just came back from 10 night at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute of it! The rooms are slightly dated but more than enough for what we needed. The air con was excellent, the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the beds were incredibly comfy. There’s also a kettle and a fridge in the room. Its was just ok . Food is 80% pork and not really great prepared. Rooms was nice but not clean and housekeeping not really care to clean daily. Pool is very cold so better go beach there water warmer.

This hotel Is good and funny, The room Is beauty and confortabile. And the pool Is good with the games room,spa and all. But the service isn't very good because they don't ask indication and don't give help at the people.
