Hotels All-inclusive in Burgas Province

There was plenty of fresh food and choice, each meal time and I think everyone was all inclusive. The staff all round the hotel were friendly and helpful when needed

Rooms were spacious and clean although the décor is a bit drab. Plenty of storage space and a free safe also a fridge and a litre of water replenished every day

m, when the evening entertainment eg saxophonist, singer, Bulgarian dancers are finished. I must compliment all the staff, every one extremely pleasant. Restaurant staff are somewhat quieter

Very beautiful resort, we eat good and the animations is amazing! Also the barmans and bargirls are very funny and professional.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and checking in was no problem. As the restaurant was closed we were given a bag with sandwiches and apple etc. The bar was about to close so grabbed a drink

I cannot say this happened but the music did change at various times throughout the day and got louder as the evening approached. A good point for us at 11pm sharp everything stopped the music, bar closed which was great

It was very full in August (as you would expect) so meals times were a bit of a crush, however they offered us 2 meals in separate restaurants as part of the package and you can snack at lunchtime in one of their smaller venues

Room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Comfy beds Balcony was a godsend for drying out swimming stuff over night. Restaurants serving a wide range of foods

Sol Luna bay resort provided us with an amazing holiday and we would definitely recommend!! Where to start with this review?. couldn't fault it from start to finish. Reception staff were always welcoming and cheerful

salads, cold meats, cheeses, various cooked meats, vegetables, soup, many different fruits, breads, cereals, chips, pizza, desserts and more I'm bound to have forgotten. All cooked fresh and tasting delicious

The kids’ activities were fantastic—our child had so much fun and was entertained from morning to evening. A perfect combination of relaxation and fun for the whole family

The beach has great sand and staff were very friendly. So overall a good place to go for families

Staff all over the hotel are just superb, their attitude is excellent, special mention to Lora the customer relations manager, she is fantastic and can sort any problems or give advice to the guests, speaks about 6 languages

Both pools are easily 40 meters across, great for any keep fit fanatics for the early morning swim. The hotel is really child friendly, the lifts go from any floor all the way down to pool level, so no stairs

There is a kids club, a kids pool attached to the right hand pool, there is a lifeguard on duty at each pool. The areas round both pools are so big that you never feel crowded

the room is cleaned every day. food is generally very steep, all cooked deliciously and from the main restaurant, just not crawling. the hotel is better than expected

Just comeback from a fabulous 10 days holiday. Location fantastic, away from the noise but close enough to the middle of Sunny Beach if you want nightlife

The beach is amazing and only a 200 meter stroll from the hotel lobby. Fabulous sand and a gentle slope into the water with no rocks, super safe with lifeguards every hundred meters

They didn't even care that it was stolen, they didn't want to check cameras, nothing, they said we only keep a week on the day I left them, they said we'll keep it for you, and now they only keep it for a week, it was a small bag that didn't even take up space and the storage room was huge empty, no one helped, they just looked at me like what do you want at all In no hotel have I ever had things stolen...

I had a lot of cosmetics that I bought all new packaged it was worth a lot of money ampoules for a full treatment for three months and a pair of new shoes

Burgers chicken salads are all provided as snacks just a few to mention. The bar was fully stocked with lots of drinks good quality and these were available when we needed them obviously they close during the night

That's on the flip side of that soon as you walk out the hotel there are lots of bars unrestaurants on the beach strip goes on for about one mile lots to do the bar on the beach was very poor only serving beer and one soft drink plenty of sun lounges on the beach though

The all-in is literally all-in. food and drinks all day long and even snacks at night. several bars ranging from beach bar to pool bar ,open till 1800. I received an awesome room with big balcony facing the sea

I celebrated my birthday at the Toscana restaurant with my family. We were taken care of by the staff the whole time. We had a beautifully arranged table and there was a surprise champagne waiting for us

Me and my friends enjoyed it as much as we could. The food the drinks were all great and the staff were very generous with the amount of alcohol they put in the drinks

Most people speak enough English to get by and English is also spoken by the other people here as the Bulgarians speak English better than any other language ! Temp was perfect for us

The bad reviews of this hotel are totally exaggerated. The food is acceptable for all-inclusive food for Bulgaria in the price people pay at this hotel. Some people want the Melia hotel for the price paid here

Brilliant hotel great location stayed for a week in this hotel could have stayed longer, yes it is 3 star but it is what you make it the food in the restaurant/ cafeteria as some people called it was nice and with plenty of choice we certainly didn’t starve and tried lots of different things would we return the answer is definitely yes

One plus point is about 4 bars serve free drinks till 1800hrs, then after it is about 2 bars till 2300hrs. They have a good enough range of Bulgarian alcoholic drinks

They close too quickly and doesn't re open straight way so ur squashed in-between the doors. The lift broke down a few times. The meals in the canteen had a lot of choice but not at its best

The food was not heated to the correct temputure although there was a microwave to heat up the food. The ice cream was just lightly flavoured slosh. Some of the restaurant staff were rude

They were amazing with my 3 children,they had so much fun and they were so friendly they felt more like friends. Daniel was a gentleman and runs the team very well their all like family

Lovely location, we had to pay extra for a sea view( 15 leva perday) but so worth it. The rooms are big and good A/C, only little grimes we have are the shower floods the whole bathroom, no lip on the tray

Last year, we stayed at Barceló, but I have to say, Kotva surpasses it in every way. Pool bar running from 12 till 18:00 with plenty of food variety. The rooms are lovely, and the food service is well-timed

With 4 pools and brilliant slides, our kids are still having a blast after 4 days—they spend all their time in the water and haven't gotten bored yet! The slides are very safe, and the staff is wonderful

There are plenty of bars, and the location is perfect. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the staff quickly resolved it by giving us a new room with no hassle

The biggest problem with this hotel are guests who throwing trash on ground, cant use toilets, in dining room they behaving worse than animals. for most guests trashbins are unknown things

It is not the hotel's failure that many guests cannot behave appropriately in an all you can eat restaurant and they take out extreme amount of food, which they cannot eat and therefore the level of wasted food is very high

Clean and spacious throughout the hotel. Plenty of good quality food options in the main restaurant and in other parts of the resort. We found the staff to be friendly. The water park was well run and really good fun

The beach was also beautiful! If you needed anything else, there were shops (including a pharmacy) withing a 100m walk and a 15/20 minute walk to dome lovely restaurants in new Nessebar

The Italian restaurant was the biggest disappointment – the food was not just bad, it was extremely poorly cooked (I ordered a risotto for my child, and what arrived was raw rice mixed with some kind of broccoli mush – awful taste; I also ordered some meat that was impossible to chew)

The hotel is one of the very good hotels in Obzor, directly on the beach. It has a number of swimming pools including such for young children. The chaise-longues and umbrellas are included in the package

Fantastic hotel, with good food and drinks, room was clean and renovated. Food is good quality not same every day like in other places. Beach is 1min away, local shops and local city centre is not far away

My stay at Sol Nessebar Mare was great ,the amenities are well maintained, the staff that works here are very nice and welcoming, the animation team was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant was always nice especially Stefani she was wonderful! The pool areas, the slides, and common areas were well maintained (some may need a bit more attention in my opinion)
