I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. I loved walking down in the evening. Primasol is very beautiful in general to spend a vacation. I would definitely come back but I will stay at one of the hotels this time :)

A very clean and quiet place. Friendly staff who takes care of your needs. Hot water all the time. The room was cleaned daily. The sheets and towels were changed on day four. Pet friendly. If we visit Kranevo again, we are going to stay there. There is a cosy outdoor restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Randevu.

No breakfast. Neglected. If it is for one night, it can be experienced. The host is very nice and responsive! Just freshen up the rooms and the hotel will be perfect!

5 stars for the restaurant at this hotel. The family that runs the restaurant are extremely hospitable and friendly, the cook is very knowledgeable and skilled with many dishes and provides delicious food that has a home-cooked feeling to it. I would return to this restaurant every day if I could.

Small family hotel. Very friendly owners that took us with an animal with no issue. There is small and very delicious restaurant. The area is close to the main street but on a very calm and quite area. It is perfect for a rest. The ratio price quality absolutely fair. Deffently recommending. :)

The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions...

We recently spent a few nights here and had a generally pleasant stay, though it definitely isn’t a 5-star experience by Western European standards. Poor cleaning of rooms, there is not enough space for garbage in the toilet and generally very narrow toilets, if you fold out a chair, then the room will not leave room at all. Great experience. Big, modern and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was good, the pool was realy nice (the water was warm), and the dinner was amazing. The staff was friendly. We spent the mornings in the pool. The beach was not very far (10 - 12 minutes walking distance). You can find free parking spots in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this place. Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Negative: one super rude bartender simply being annoyed only by the fact someone wants something, don' t you even dare to ask milk for your coffee... Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

I really want to highlight the great animation. Tillya and Gery - whoever employs these entertainers at their hotel has already won. Always friendly, always nice, a big variety of games like archery, cocktail game, cup tournament and more! Their night shows are not to be missed as well with programs for kids and adults!

Middle class hotel with middle class staff. The barmans at the Lobby bar are rude and not professional at all. The pool isn't clean and safe and the food is below average. The staff is prioritising foreign tourist and not Bulgarians.

The animators are at the top you will not be disappointed. The two downsides, the curtains are not blackout, provide a mask and nothing to do after 11 p.m.

It's been 3 days since a hotel employee has been mowing the grass with a moto scythe every day. The noise is terrible. I recommend they use an electric scythe so we don't feel like we're on a construction site. Smoke and noise

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...

The hotel is right next to beach, and the view from the room was a killer. The stuff is nice and friendly, if you need something you can always go at the reception and ask. The hotel is clean, it's location is spot on, close to everything in Albena. All in all, great value for the money.

Once again, I am ending my one-month stay at the Sandy Beach Hotel in Albena resort. Again, I am very satisfied with my entire stay, and I would like to pay special attention to the management and especially for the responsiveness and attention the hotel manager Kamen Dechev gives to each visitor. There was never a time when I approached him with a problem and it was not resolved.

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach. Rooms are clean, air-conditioned. Big problem is the all inclusive system and most of the guests. I've seen couples or small families stuffing a complete table with tons of food which, that physically is impossible to eat otherwise their belly would literally expolde so plenty of food ends up as waste.
