Friendly hotel, well located in a beautiful part of Albena close to a shopping center, near the beautiful sandy beach, equipped with clean rooms and good service. Location: 40 km from airport Varna, resort complex "Albena", 600 m from the resort centre.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

The hotel has 169 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach and adjacent to a public beach 600 m from the hotel, 3 line. 1 parasol, 2 sun beds per room on the beach – free of charge (limited number), mattresses for extra charge (optional). Wi-Fi access on the beach – free (speed up to 1 Mbit/sec.) Wi-Fi access on the beach for extra (speed up to 8 Mbit/sec.) 3 library on the beach – free of charge. There is a free service to the beach (every 30 minutes).

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

All rooms are non-Smoking.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee, upon request.

Everything is great here for a 3 star hotel, it’s all inclusive, the food it’s really delicious, there’s a great variety even for vegetarians. The room are nice, there is a conditioner, a balcony, tv, chairs, etc., they provide with towels, people from service desk are very nice and they are always there to help if you have any problems like i had with the room key (card) and they can answer your questions, they know English, Bulgarian, Russian and a bit of Romanian. The swimming pool has a very clean water and it’s so large, they provide free lounge chairs and umbrellas. I loved the fact that the beach is at 600 meters from the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that they don’t change the bed sheets and towels :(

The hotel is described as a 3* however the hotel is actually a 2*. On the arrival to our room, the balcony door was broken and we had to go downstairs to inform them about it. The shower head by the pool is rusty and broken. Around the hotel the pavement is broken and so are the sewages which makes it a dangerous place for many kids which visit the hotel with their parents. The food is cold with no variety at all, the “chefs” clear up the food an hour before the actual finishing time. On many occasions the food that I was still eating was taken from me by the “waitress” that thought I was finished. As well as that the staff at the hotel does not speak English however the manager of the hotel told us that everyone working there is able to communicate in English. The hotel overall isn’t worth coming to.

The whole place is in need of renovation, the bathrooms are very poor, ceiling falling down, The patio doors have all been broken into and not repaired so that there is no way to lock them, I had to repair my own door! The food is edible but only served warm ,the choice is very limited and doesn't really change from day to day. The landscape and hotel does not look like the pictures on the website, making me think that they were taken a number of years ago. It is a one star hotel, two at most. The pool is great, although for nervous swimmers the shallow end is 1.7m, the poolside is poor and electrics are worrying ( see pics ).

Hotel is awful, rooms look and are very dirty and no one cleans them. When we came to our room, we were in shook. Floor was dirty, bed sheets were full of sand, bathroom and room smelt like death, like literally. Then we asked if they can give us better room, they said, no, the room is just fine. Later servise lady came in and spraied some weird smelling stuff, after which the room smelled even worse. Overall even if it is our first hours here, we already hate it. Definetelly not 3 stars hotel.
