Hotel Ankor in Kranevo

I called the hotel directly to make a booking. I was told that there is no availability for my dates. I looked online and find available rooms through two different websites at the same hotel. I made the bookings and I called the reception directly to confirm my bookings, he answered the phone and said that he can't talk to me at the moment.
I received confirmation for my bookings from the website. Assuming my booking was fine I went to the hotel on the day. The same receptionist was there. He said he will give us a room in the hotel and send my friends to another place nearby. When I asked him for explanation why he didn't talk to me that day or he didn't give us a room, he became rude and didn't even listen to my questions or let me speak. Than he said there was no available rooms any more. I can't rate the hotel itself, but ZERO stars for customer service.

Super unsanitary. There are ants and cockroaches walking on the floor and walls. Broken sink in the bathroom. Torn mosquito net. Yellow dirty pillows. We booked an apartment with 3 separate rooms for 5 people through booking, but on arrival at the hotel they said that the apartment was taken and they gave us another one with 2 smaller rooms. First night we were out and came back around 2am and the main entrance door was locked.. I definitely don't recommend staying here. 👎🏻

The food was discusting and they had nothing!! Such poor service do not recommend. Definitely not worth the money!!

Food was poorly made, meat was raw and sallad wasnt very fresh, whole place cries after restauration.
