The resort was ok for us, but better for people with young children. Everything was a little run down. Staff was very nice, but they were not really prepared to accommodate someone eating gluten free (despite the website and my email exchange). We stayed for 1 week and my daughter had a choice of pasta, pizza, or grilled chicken for all 20 meals or to risk the buffet.

The bathroom and bedroom were not cleaned even a single time throughout the entire period....... The food was unacceptable—repetitive and poorly prepared. I was served either raw chicken or extremely overcooked, hard chicken breast. Some of the produce was spoiled.

Great hotel with 4 swimming pools. Delicious food and nice atmosphere (seafood dinner and every day pizza the best). Service in the restaurant and bartenders fast and very friendly. Rooms cleaned regularly. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Terrible experience overall. The “Ultra All Inclusive” label is totally misleading. Food was served at fixed times and was just plain bad – same poor options every day, no variety, no taste. They claimed to offer snacks between meals, but that was a lie – nothing was available.

You couldn’t even enjoy a drink on the beach, because you weren’t allowed to leave the beach restaurant with a cup of juice or coffee. Coffee started at 9 a.m., which is ridiculous if you wake up early. The beer? The worst I’ve ever had – diluted, tasteless.

The room was dusty and clearly not cleaned properly. Honestly, I’ve had better experiences in 3-star hotels with basic all inclusive. This was a big letdown. Definitely not recommended.

No aquatic park available, although it appears in hotel promotion, the room was not like in pictures and without pillows and, not at least, this hotel is far away for its own status of "ultra-all inclusive"

This hotel 🏨 is just great. The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed.
Food is above the average. Pools are great and multiple. They are for small kids and for adults. Plenty to choose from.
The location is great. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️. There are many attractions along the way. Be sure to use your legs 🦵, not free bus shuttle.
There is one small shop in the hotel and two supermarkets nearby. Two minutes walk is post office with its central parking and meeting point.

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options. It's very kid-friendly, with large pools, an aqua park, and playgrounds for the little ones. The beach bar was a nice touch too.

There were a few minor issues, like the mattresses not being the most comfortable and some inconvenience with the distance to the beach & the sometimes faulty elevators. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful place for families!

We spent a nice family vacation. Very thankful to the hotel manager Mira and her team for their efforts to make the stay of the guests as pleasant as possible.
Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows.

the location is nice, but the staff was pretty rude. they gave us a really dirty room in the other building of the hotel, and it smelled awfully like mold, sewage, and cigarettes. we asked the manager to switch the room to a different one, since the one they gave us was very small and there was technically no space for our stuff, not to mention how bad it smelled. she replied to us EXTREMELY harshly and sarcastically. then, we switched the room to a better one in the main building, that was a little less dirty and at least looked newer than the other room. the wardrobe stank like mold and the hygiene wasn't good, either. the restaurant has no air conditioning and it was very unhygienic, too. the food wasn't very good, either. and when something runs out, whether it's food, napkins or cutlery, they never replace it. the service was pretty unprofessional. i really like how the aquapark is free, though! i give it 3 stars, but i definitely wouldn't visit the hotel again!
