House "Elora" is a wonderful place! Everything is clean and extremely cozy, and the owner of the house is a unique person - very funny, hospitable and polite. The pool has warm mineral water and is indoor, but in the summer it can also be open.
The rooms have everything you need, including towels, shampoos and soaps. The beds are clean and super comfortable, and each room has a TV, private bathroom and a terrace with a table, chairs and a dryer. The tavern is very cozy - free teas, coffee, spices and utensils are provided. There are conditions for grilling both outside (on coal) and in the tavern itself (on electricity).
Pets are welcome. Cats also live in the house - most are timid, but there is one who is extremely calm and funny. She is like a real "king" - she goes wherever she wants, sleeps everywhere and is a great character. There are countless places to relax in the yard and the house, and in the neighboring rooms you can always meet nice people. We liked it very much, we recommend it and we will definitely repeat it! (the pictures of the room that are uploaded were taken after we left the room, so it may look messy)

The hostess was very kind, the corner by the pool very nice, there is a coffee machine with complimentary capsules, as well as tea. (something elementary that expensive hotels don't think of doing). There is a stove and whoever wants can make something to eat. The water in the pool is pleasantly warm. I was impressed when we were leaving that the hostess started a robot to clean the pool so that it would be prepared for the next guests. The breakfast was plentiful and very good (we ordered mekitsi).

Polite people, nice place to stay! It will be great if there are some basic necessary items for the apparent such as cups. It can also be cleaner.

Extremely kind and responsive hosts. The pool is warm enough. The rooms and the common room need a refreshing renovation.

Nice family hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, the location is quiet and amazingly set in the forest, they have the pool with the best mineral water quality in the whole area ( we visited most of the pools in the area). The restaurant offers half board and the cook is very good - food is tasty and freshly prepared,very good coffee, nice terrace. They are also pet friendly and this was the reason we went there and we will definitely come back. The room is a bit outdated,needs a refreshment, but the beds are comfortable. Only the additional bed needs to be bigger. The towels are thick and good quality. We definitely recommend the place and will return.

We went 2 years ago - the food was bad, rooms were in poor condition - but the swimming pool was amazingly hot and we had a great time.
Fast forward to today - food was amazing, rooms were not luxurious by any means but clean and renovated. Would have been awesome but the pool was much colder and uncomfortable than last time, also somewhat dirty and in need of repair.
Kudos for fixing the weak points, but don't ruin your greatest feature!

The hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers.
It's outdated, it wasn't very clean, especially the ancient carpets. It was very cold, the central heating was either stopped, or didn't work at all, all we had was a small radiator that couldn't possibly warm up the whole room well enough, I even woke up in the night from being cold. The beds in the double rooms are just two separate beds, which is super uncomfortable and unpleasant.
There's barely a spa (just sauna) and the "hot" pool outdoors was lukewarm, I'm not even sure if it got to the 32° advertised and there isn't a proper connection between the hotel and the pool, so you have to get out of the pool in the cold to walk to the hotel.
We paid for breakfast and dinner included, the menu was very sparse and at breakfast, even if you go an hour before it ends, there is almost nothing left.
In the afternoon, we waited for about 15min for someone to come serve us at the lobby bar and the coffee was poorly made.
